Homewood Suites by Hilton Sudbury

Upon arrival, gentleman at desk asked if my ******* reservation was placed with a Mastercard. It was not. He asked for my credit card for incidentals/deposit. After checking bank account, I can see that my card was CHARGED for the prepaid rooms (-$950!!!).

Amazing staff! They are very helpful and positive!! However, the room was not up to Homewood standards. The bed comforter had a musty smell. The carpet was in bad shape and was a tripping hazard. The bed's mattress had no support and we just sank into it. The couch had something wrong with it and the cushions were sunk into it. We have stayed here before, and have never experienced a room with so many problems. Sure hope they take some time to fix the issues with this room soon.

We love the location and staff but the room we stayed in smelled like stale cigarette smoke and we have a six month old baby that was really agitated from the smell

Amazing hotel, great service, incredible room (very spacious and lots of convenient features), comfortable bed, great breakfast.

We usually stay at this hotel in Sudbury because of the location and comfortable size of the rooms. The rooms are getting run down and are in desperate need of furniture replacement. The upholstery on the livngroom furniture was worn out and torn up on the corners

Front desk (Linda) was very efficient and friendly. All staffs were super nice. Will stay again when w visit Sudbury again.

Totally saved by the breakfast! Check in was terrible. Showed up at 930pm after calling the hotel at 4pm to tell them 9-10pm arrival. No one at desk for 15minutes when we arrived. Used phone to call and still no amswer. Couldnt use Hilton app for room key...not told why. Didnt know what time breakfast was served of what hours the next day it was available. The good.... Woke up the next morning to fresh waffles amd breakfast sandwiches. Staff in the morning are super friendly and happy. Hats off to the young lady making the delivious waffles.
