斯特蒂文特-雷辛-芒特普萊森特溫德姆戴斯飯店(Days Inn by Wyndham Sturtevant / Racine / Mount Pleasant)

The location was conveniently in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Cleanliness of the hotel was just okay because it was run down and needed repairs. The toilet paper holder featured in the picture below was barely stuck in the wall and every time you wanted toilet tissue it was just asking to fall out onto the floor. The mirror in the main room was discolored from constant cleaning and the carpet had several stains that I just don’t want to know where they came from. On the other hand, the hallway smelled of smoke, but our room had no odor. I called before booking to ask if they had a hot tub and The gentleman who picked up said they had a hot tub and it was working; however, they did not have a hot tub just a pool, but at least it was heated. Breakfast left a lot to be desired; there were limited options, the cinnamon rolls were dry, eggs and sausage were over cooked or dried out, and the batter to make the waffles just didn’t taste right. The only good thing at breakfast was the coffee and orange juice, so, unfortunately we could not enjoy the complementary breakfast and had to eat out. We stayed for two days and at 11 AM on the first day our key card stopped working. It appeared as if it happened to everyone staying more than one day, because there were several of us waiting at the counter. When we went down to get the card serviced they were nice and accommodating, but it was still an inconvenience none the less, because we paid for two nights.

Probably one of the best places we've stayed. Will definitely come back to this hotel for next trip. Night staff very nice and morning staff very cheerful and courteous. Pool was very nice! Kids enjoyed it! Room offered lots of space (2 queen beds). Stocked with mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot. Breakfast was stocked with lots of options and the staff kept checking on it to keep it fully stocked. Definitely the place to stay. Price was very reasonable. Keep up the good work! 👍

The first room we received had stained sheets and some white substance that I pray was inorganic like frosting or something on the bedspread. It was disgusting and gross. They offered us a different room but I had them replace one of the bedspreads in that room because it was again dirty. When we opened the bed couch we found potato chip crumbs all over the bed. I could at least understand how that wasn't cleaned off if they didn't know it had been used but after everything else we were frustrated.

I did not get a warm welcome when I got there, they did not stand behind the price that I booked at. I believe that the conformation number that I had should state the price within it. Our room was dirty, (floor, dead spider in bathroom squished on wall) our room flip lock on door was broke which made me not sleep well. The pool was dirty from the water level up and the bottom felt slimy. The Breakfast, the eggs were cold, coffee was bad (tasted like they ran 2 cycles of water through, my daughter state apple juice was not good. (Tasted watery). I was insulted when they stated that I needed to pay up front before my stay. I felt like a number!

They make you pay a $100 deposit, that’s more than the room costs, for incidentals. There’s no way to accrue incidentals unless you can charge the vending machine purchases! My room smells like feet. We turned the air on high and left for 6 hours, I smell @$$feet. GROSS and PISSED

Room was clean overall but the microwave fridge area was all dusty. We asked for a crib and got a very dirty pack and play with bugs coming out of it. We constantly had to be asking for towels at the pool when you could clearly see there were 20 people and not 5. Breakfast service was slow. Had to wait for refills when again they could see there were a lot of people. And head up, no elevator. Didn’t see that initially when we reserved and they won’t bring towels to you. You have to ask at the counter. We were there two nights and no room service. Beds not done nor dirty towels picked up.

The room size of the suite was a surprise. I love how much room there is. The hotel is located in a convenient spot and there was plently of parking. Staff was very nice.

Easy off/on to the Hwy. A decent breakfast. Both check in & out were quick and easy. If I’m in the area again I would definitely stay here.

My room carpet smelled like pee and the bathroom floor was sticky. I was handed a cleaner and told to bring it back when I was done cleaning the bathroom.
