From the time I checked in till the time I checked out the whole experience of staying at Premier inn Media city was excellent. As I arrived in the morning I was able to check in at 11am for only £10 extra which is great value. The room was spotless as was the bathroom which had plenty of towels and soap and shampoo dispensers. A great selection of teas and coffee were in the room with the kettle. Large TV on the wall, I couldn't say anything bad about the room.

Visit 27/12/23 This Premier Inn was booked by our son as a Christmas present for our visit to the Coronation street tour. I just want to say how pleased we were with this hotel. From checking in till leaving the staff could not have been any more helpful. We booked into the thyme restaurant for evening meal and were served our meals and drinks by 2 lovely staff. Mike at the bar and Lois the waitress. This made our stay a pleasure. Along with our Breakfast and Evening meal the meal deal was a fantastic offer and well worth taking up. The food was first class and the breakfast set us up for the day ahead. I would certainly recommend this Premier Inn to friends,family and visitors to this area.

Great place to stay and convenient for the Lowry theatre and shopping mall. Tram stop 5 minutes away Easy check in, very clean and quiet room. Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again on a theatre trip.

Comfortable and clean room for travellers. Convenient location near a co-op mart. Excellent breakfast service and food by Maha and Sina! If you are looking for a place at Salford, this is an economical and cozy option.

The hotel itself is fine and as expected. The staff are not the most welcoming and I felt like I was annoying them when approaching with a question. There seems to be less breakfast options at this premier inn compared to other ones we have been to.

We stayed at this hotel back in January and had a good nights stay with a good nights sleep, so thought we’d return for a family trip. Location is great, but that’s where it stops. We had a group of girls outside our room at 1.30am loudly talking, which woke me up. They weren’t there long but long enough to make me anxious and ready to open the door and ask them to move. Luckily they left, but then I had a restless nights sleep awaiting their return from wherever they were going. The room also went from hot to cold continuously, there was no consistency. I mentioned this to reception and they advised me to call the Premier Inn guest relations telephone number. I’ve just done that and after explaining the issues, they apologised but said that nothing further could be done as I hadn’t reported it to reception at the time it happened. I explained that as the reception was unmanned on our return at 10.30pm, the assumption was that no one would be available to help and the receptionist the next morning advised that there was no security team onsite that could have helped at any rate. Basically, the telephone advisor suggested that while she was sorry, there was nothing further could be done. So much for the good night guarantee! Not interested in the issue whatsoever, just said I should have reported it at the time and fobbed me off. Not happy at all with this response, Premier Inn have got more and more expensive and less attractive an option for us to visit and we’ll look elsewhere in future!
