不是普瑞米爾酒店通常的品質。房間很舊，有一個漏水的淋浴噴灑在房間裡，上面貼著絕緣膠帶，所以維護很清楚。早餐本身還可以，但人手不足，沒有足夠的自助服務設備，咖啡機和烤麵包機等基本設備……漫長的等待。最終失望的是，您的房間住宿不包含 6 英鎊的停車費。最好將其添加到房價中。整體失望。

I really liked my stay in Premiere inn Salford Quays since the receptionist Yacine really offered us help with the procedure and assisted us with the luggage and support to get the room we were looking for. I really liked the rooms too.😎 Will visit again soon Hopefully.

In my journey to Manchester, I embarked on a delightful exploration of its renowned landmarks, from the hallowed grounds of Old Trafford Stadium to the serene beauty of Salford Quays. Nestled within the vibrant pulse of the city, my respite was found at the Premier Inn in Salford Quays, where comfort awaited amidst the urban landscape. Amidst my stay, a beacon of kindness emerged in the form of Yacine, whose gracious assistance illuminated my experience. Guiding me through parking intricacies and offering to shoulder my luggage to the upper floors where elevators ceased to tread, Yacine’s warmth extended beyond mere hospitality, leaving an indelible mark on my Manchester memories.

Stayed overnight as going to a show at the Lowry. Excellent location overlooking the Quays, 7 mins stroll to Lowry. Car parking is literally right outside, 1 mins walk to reception, pre-booked on line. Beefeater attached has a nice outside seating area overlooking water, daytime food nice, but in the morning the best full English breakfast ever! Even had veggie bacon, which is a rate thing at hotels. All the staff, hotel reception, bar, restaurant etc. very friendly. Comfy beds & pillows, very clean. Overall excellent hotel, good price, in a great location.

Looked for a reasonably priced place to staff in order to go to the Lowry. It didn’t cost that much extra to go premium plus, didn’t like the coffee included but that’s my preference. Lovely bright spacious room with a comfortable chair meaning I didn’t have to sit on the bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again in the future if the price was right. Stayed an extra night which was more expensive than the two previous nights put together.

really lovely service , staff was great, the room was really clean and the food that we had was amazing , mixed grill and the haluomi burger , second time coming here and we was close to stopping an extra night

Had a lovely time staying at the hotel, staff were incredibly helpful. big thanks to Sara and Lizzy who were so friendly and quick to help me with any problems I might have, will definitely be coming back to stay.

Nice hotel, great location, the reception staff were very friendly and greeted us with smiles. Although the lift was being replaced, Ahad helped us with our luggage which was very nice of him and the second receptionist Elnoora assisted me with paying for parking. So I would definitely recommend it!

Location great. Staff friendly. Room tired. Bed creaky. Toilet lid broken. Restaurant where you eat breakfast dirty and in desperate need of decorating. Coffee machine broken. Not sure why they couldn’t take a Nespresso machine from the hotel rather than offering instant.
