高塔特拉凱賓斯基大飯店(Grand Hotel Kempinski High Tatras)

We had high hopes for this hotel, it was overall disappointing. We were given a room with a view to some rocks we had to pay extra to have something to see. They said that since we booked through *******....we don t get the same advantages as other customers, this is not a 5 star thing to say at the reception. The restaurant food was simply atrocious, I paid 60 euros for the worst piece of stake I had in my life, ever. Do NOT go to that restaurant, you have been warned. The bar and the spa are the only things we actually liked, 99% of the staff are very well trained and very polite.

The whole stay was like a fairy tale, everything was perfect: beautiful hotel, large rooms with beautiful Easter decorations, the perfect friendly staff, taking care of you from the first steps of getting out of the car to the last step of loading your suitcases on departure. Perfect breakfast, exceptional afternoon and evening seating in the bar Beautifully situated hotel on the banks of the Tatra lake. Stay in the VIP wellness centre. It is our repeat stay and we look forward to the next one again.

An excellent luxury hotel with ever-improving service. Friendly staff, famous food and wines, excellent and rich breakfast. A beautiful wellness center where you can relax and unwind with a wonderful view of the mountains. This is how every 5-star hotel should look.

I would like to highlight the positive experience of my recent stay. We had an overall fantastic stay. The staff is exceptional, friendly and professional. Hotel facilities and services are great. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet has a large variety and offers a good quality. I would mention Front Office team, especially Front Office Manager Marek, Šimon Concierge and Saša Lady in Red who made our stay even more special. Zion SPA has the best panoramatic view of Tatras mountains and Strbske lake. You will be pampered there. I highly recommend this hotel if you decide to stay in High Tatras. It was not my first stay in these mountains but my first in this hote. I can only confirm that it is the best hotel in the area. The hotel has amazing facilities and professional services. 3rd time in this hotel. We returned after 3 years. Quality did not change, still on the top. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful ambient. But what impresses me the most is the professionalism of the staff. Mrs Kathrin Noll and her staff is doing a perfect job each and every day. We had a great time in this hotel again. I deffinitly recomend to everyone to come to see this place and enjoy the kindness and professional service of the staff. I will surely return in the future.

Sehr schönes Hotel, das zum Entspannen einlädt. Nicht nur die Lage ist phantastisch, sondern auch das Haus, die Zimmer und das Personal. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und man bekommt alles was man sich wünscht, sehr vieles direkt frisch zubereitet. Das Abendessen ist sehr lecker (überwiegend slowakisch) und das Ambiente mit Kamin und Holzfeuer wirkt sehr authentisch. Der Spabereich ist riesig und macht Spaß. Einziger Nachteil ist der Service und die Gebäckauswahl (trocken/geschmacklose Gebäckteile) im Café. Viele Neureiche Slowaken aus Bratislava, die zeigen wollen, dass sie geld haben. Es sei ihnen gegönnt. Ansonsten alles perfekt.

A wonderful hotel with very friendly but professional staff. Spa is superb, rooms spacious, breakfast excellent. One thing not quite up to scratch is dinner in the restaurant: over-priced and not the greatest quality. But this did not detract from the overall stay. Highly recommended.
