Beautiful room in a really lovely house with charming friendly hosts and an excellent breakfast. A really great stay, thank you.

The place is an absolute gem! And I am definitely not looking for any other place whenever I am traveling in the region! 10 out of 10 ! I am getting excited just by thinking of my next visit! The hosts ? Everyone will love them! I know I do. It would be very difficult for others to match the level of their hospitality, friendliness and kindness!

Amazing find. Fiona and Derek were wonderful hosts with a wealth of local knowledge. Guest house was immaculate. Breakfast kept on coming and left fully satisfied

The B&B was near Rogie falls where we watched with fascination the salmon trying to leap the falls. It was also near Strathpeffer. We were provided a large rather spacious room. Very comfortable!

Great and Quiet place to stay and a good breakfast

Absolutely fabulous in every way!

Fabulous stay , easy find , easy parking , great hosts , fabulous and very very comfortable room , great en suite with bath . Great TV and wifi signals . Host Fiona lovely and helpful , booked us into the Conor for dinner , which was great . Fiona’s breakfast and Derek serving just top drawer . The breakfast was quality produce and cooked to perfection . To be honest it truly was faultless , thank you both 👍

Superb location and brilliant host. A good warm bath after 3hrs walk around the beautiful area. Derek and Fiona look after us very well. What else would you ask for, wonderful host and nice cosy house.
