Needed to go to Stratford-upon-Avon for a wedding and chose the Broom Hall as it was close to the venue. So glad we did. The room was absolutely beautiful with fabulous modern facilities. Just loved the beams and decor but the real star was the bed.... Oooooh the bed! It just envelops you and I had the best night's sleep for ages. Would we go back? ..in a heartbeat.

My family and I ate here again, the food was pretty poor, as it was on the previous few occasions too; chewy, fatty and poor quality red meat products. Upon explaining to the waitress that our 9 year old was struggling to eat the adult portioned rump steak served; I was received with ‘we don’t usually have complaints, to which I asked how long she had worked here… approx 8 weeks.’ I would expect a half decent steak when it costs to the tune of £30+ but hey. The service charge was taken off the bill but unfortunately, the food served has naturally soured our experience of dining at Red Oak Taverns group. I previously left a review and have deleted as David Carvell, who is the BDM of ROT and felt it was a personal dig at the business. After discussing with Mark Grunnell, I have agreed to redo the review.

As a married couple of over a certain age we were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. during our stay the all the staff were always polite and courteous.the inn is a lovely old property full of history a nd stories.all the food on offer is excellent.

I can’t rate this place highly enough. Just a one night stay but wished it had been longer. The best staff - friendly, helpful, polite. The best food - quality, locally sourced, perfectly cooked to order, plentiful and very, very tasty One of the cleanest and comfortable rooms I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world - absolutely spotless. Hope I get back here soon. Just one point, whilst the napkins were of a decent size and strength and therefore completely adequate, it would be so much nicer to have proper linen napkins at least for dinner in the restaurant.

Excellent as always. Friendly staff, great menu and good service. 5 ⭐️ will definitely be returning again. Great choice of drinks. You can eat in restaurant or bar area, or if nice day plenty of seating outside. Great for kids too as outside safe play area.

well where do i begin ..the start is always good .. so from the moment we set foot into this amazing place we was greeted with a friendly face from one of the staff members young lady with glasses such a friendly young lady she helped us by quickly finding a assume the manager or team manager at that time. he was lovely mature gentleman who helped us to our room very polite friendly . nothing was too much trouble. the place was warm inviting good vibe . decore was clean and lovely. the room was fully catered for . clean and so warm and comfy. we booked the king room with en suite with a massive bath . we booked a meal that evening and again the service was friendly and the staff was happy in there work even on a busy bank holiday nothing was any trouble at all. i would recommend this hands down . would come back again for sure . the breakfast was lovely the staff member a youngish chap was on he was polite .

We wanted to visit Stratford and didn’t want to be in the centre but above all were looking to support a ‘non chain’ quality hotel. Deciding on the Broom Hall Inn was a good decision as we were greeted by friendly and efficient staff plus the bonus of an excellent restaurant - definitely best to book in advance! Quality food well cooked and nicely presented by friendly servers - really good and well priced. It is a very old building which has been modernised without losing any of the character - exposed beams in the bedrooms add character. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into making the Inn a very enjoyable place to stay and every staff member we interacted with was helpful and friendly - highly recommended!

Went for a family carvery. Very slow service. Roast potatoes rock hard, we did tell 2 people and had no apology or offered replacement.unfortunately took ages to get the dessert menu. Waited over half an hour for desserts to come out, we ended up cancelling the desserts, and left

Worst meal I had ever had! Mold was on the bread as in the photo I nearly ate! the manager was rude on the phone (as it was a takeaway) and we went back tried telling us it was charcoal off the grill not to sure how color you can get but it was blue compared to the grilled side that was done only

The tastiest steak I've tasted, plus it was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend. They managed to squeeze me in on both nights as I was travelling solo. The waiter was very attentive on both nights. I would recommend booking a table as it was very busy, even on a Monday and Tuesday. Lovely place and lovely setting.

Went for a meal last night for a friends birthday. The pub was busy as its Cheltenham week. Reserved a table and maybe got the last table. The staff are very attentive and quick to take your order. The meals came out quick and nice and hot and I had the Teriyaki sizzling steak which was very very nice. Could not fault the meal or the service in the Broom hall at all

My family and I had a meal here, my father is disabled and in a wheelchair, Parking is fine with disabled parking at the front and wide doors to get the wheelchair through. My father wanted the toilet, so we asked at the bar where the disabled toilets are, they said that they did not have one you have to use the normal ones. so my husband took my father, it was a struggle to get the wheelchair into the toilets as there was not enough room, a man was already in there and could not get out as the wheelchair was taking up what room there was . You could not get the wheelchair in the cubicle, so my husband had to lift him out of the wheelchair and try and walk him into the cubicle, there was no grab rail in the toilet either, so my father had to hold on to the toilet roll holder and just hope it did not break it was so dangerous and hazardous, I did type an e-mail to Broom Hall Inn on the e-mail provided on the website explaining the situation just so they get some feedback on how unsuitable it is for disabled people, but no one has had the decency to reply or acknowledge the e-mail, this was Two weeks ago now, its ashame as the food and service is fine, but will not be returning for this reason.

We think this is the best hotel we've stayed in when going to the RSC at Stratford. We had a twin room, which was small with not much space to put stuff, but importantly it has a good walk-in shower (I think some of the other rooms still have over-bath showers.) The beds were quite comfortable too. It was a pleasant surprise to find that breakfast is cooked fresh to order, rather than being left to get cold on a buffet. As well as the usual 'full English', there are other options such as eggs Benedict. Staff were pleasant and polite, and we have already booked to stay here for our next trip to Stratford later in the year.

My husband and I had a night away at Broom Hall inn and we had a lovely relaxing evening. The staff were very efficient and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was also very good. A great place to stay I would highly recommend. Especially good for a visit to Stratford upon Avon.
