I accidentally booked before I was ready to do so (AND the wrong date) and immediately reached out to Trip.com support. After 3 times of doing so and about 2 hours worth of my time I was repeatedly told that this is my own problem and there are no refunds and then offered $30 worth of credit to make up for it (I was charged $149 for the night I did not mean to book).
I know you have it in your terms and conditions that people cannot cancel their trips, but not to give $ back that you literally received 1 minute ago from someone who didn’t mean to give it to you is just bad service and will make sure that once I DO want to book I will go out of my way to find a hotel that is not Hampton Inn…

The hotel was good and very convenient in every aspects. Its location was good, very accessible to SF downtown. The parking lot was good, the building and rooms were clean and well managed. Its amenities and breakfast was well equipped and well provided. The front desk man was very courteous. Overall, it was better than expected.
