Really terrible hotel room. Worst smelling hallways I’ve ever experienced. Horrid smoke smell attempted to be poorly disguised (I assume?) by some chemical. Smoking suite directly across from non-smoking rooms. Smell permeates non-smoking rooms. Bathroom abysmally small but yet not really clean. Worse even still the curtains don’t cover the whole window so sunlight blinds you in the morning if trying to sleep, and industrial lighting from outside makes it IMPOSSIBLE to have a dark room to sleep in day or night. Staff shrugs their shoulders about smell, light or anything else you bring to their attention. Pool is nice; but my daughter was so ill from the smoke smell she didn’t want to use it. Very dated hotel. Could be nice if updated but as is it’s terrible. The restaurant was hit or miss. Service was nice and friendly. French dip was good, gumbo was putrid. And my daughters pizza was microwave quality. I really have no idea how this place is well reviewed. Customer several doors down said his wife spent two hours cleaning before they would stay in the room and would never return. I might, due to location, but this place needs help bad before I would return.

The general staff (kitchen, room attendants) was friendly and accommodating. The lobby receptionists didn't seem as friendly or welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Breakfast had many options at the hotel but the danish pastries & the biscuits for the sausage gravy were hard as BRICKS

I rate 3 stars only because I have stayed in allot of hotels in my life. This is a fine property and fit our needs. Friendly staff and clean rooms. I would stay here again.

They advertise free airport shuttle service but they don't have it. They call a taxi and you have to pay the taxi to the airport.

Decent property for a good price. The continental breakfast was standard but fresh, well stocked and clean. Even though we were on a non-smoking floor, the smell of cigarette was still pretty overpowering.

Very nice place to relax and unwind after a long work week. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

This was the cleanest facility. Great selection of breakfast foods. Friendly staff.

We found hotel easy along our trip. Nice entrance decorated for Chris**as with friendly staff. Relaxed in hot tub then enjoyed use of microwave in our clean comfortable room.
