Check in experience wasn’t good. Young lady checking me in wasn’t very pleasant. Hotel wasn’t busy and when I arrived the front desk young lady’s were not busy but the young lady who checked me in behaved like I was bothering her. Also I paid in full on ******* but was required to pay a $100 deposit on a $150 room. She told about breakfast in the morning but failed to advise me it was at a cost. The breakfast wasn’t very good but the male waiter I had was great

Great quick option amongst many choices - check-in was quick and room was clean. Nice reliable choice for the situation I was in with a quick booking and short stay.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, great property, great staff, BUT the water pressure and shower heads are aweful. I hope Hilton corporate will look to replace them. I've been at other Hilton properties with the same issue and the same shower heads. Just not great.

We were in the area for a family funeral. The fact that we needed to pay $10 per night to have the "privilege" to park in their parking lot, and pay for everything but the room (water, coffee, buffet, etc.) was quite the shock. Will not be staying again.

It was a nice property, why the charge 10.00 dllrs for parking and why 100.00 dllrs charge for security, guests without dogs like me, should be allowed to get rooms in higher floors!

There are only three reasons someone gets a hotel room. Number one is to be able to sleep, number two is a shower, number three is a safe place to leave their stuff. For a hotel to charge almost 300.00 per night I expect ALL 3!!! The bed was HORRIBLE.....the shower was awful...NO WATER PRESSURE AT ALL. It trickled out so softly what otherwise would take me 10 minutes took 30!!! To think I spent almost 900.00 to stay at you hotel enrages me. I wouldn't recommend your property to any of my colleagues, friends or family. Very disappointing for a Hilton property charging that much money per night and having the accommodations equivalent to a Days Inn.
