What can we say ? From the moment we arrived Mary was there with her infectious smile greeting us showed us our room and all facilities. We also took our 3 dogs which again where welcomed. The house is clean and smells great cleaned everyday it was so good to find a great place to stay 10 minute walk into Stockton High st . We spent 5 days here well worth the cost a breath of fresh air

We stayed out this accommodation 2 nights as we were in Stockton attending a gig. The host Mary was very welcoming. Very polite lady, and extremely helpful. We had a large room which was clean and comfortable. This accommodation is a large shared house and pretty basic. It suited our needs, so we left as happy customers. If your looking for the ritz this isn’t the place to be but worth the price and would stay there again.

Had a great stay here Mary who was our host was amazing taking us into town nothing was too much trouble for her rooms big an clean kitchen was lovely an clean with all uneasily an microwave was close to town will definitely stay here again

I stayed at Outram 26 in Stockon on Tees for 2 nights in August. Friendly host. Great room. Outstanding value. 100% recommended. Outram is located centrally. I look forward to returning again soon ...

Great place lovely lady clean bedding and towels all tea coffee and hot choc biscuits and mint chocs little extras even did my washing for me amazing stay thank you I would definitely come back here again It’s the little extras that count it really is and it is so friendly

Enjoyed our stay, the host was really nice.. bed was comfortable. The only flaw was that there's no towel to dry your hands in the bathroom. Apart from that everything else was fine and good value for money.

Absoloutley excellent rooms and mary was a lovely host very clean and tidy throughout the whole building would highly recommend anyone to stay here if on buisness or just looking for somewhere for a comfy night or two xx
