最贊的是地理位置，離公共交通、商業區、古城區都是步行可達，對於獨自旅行的人來說，非常適合。 酒店硬件不算太新了，但衛生間等經過翻新，也還算不錯。 建議一定要定海景房（但海景也是小小的，我訂的就是），園景真的不好看。 服務人員還是不錯的，特別是禮賓部工作人員，介紹路線非常認真細緻。 早餐很豐富！

位置優秀，逛街&逛景點都是步行可達；房間設計很多細節，床頭小桌是有精緻的水培小花，沐浴都是diptyque，早餐更是精緻，整體非常西式的講究，但是絲毫不老舊

位置絕佳、早餐豐盛、服務友好的精品酒店。 比較商旅一些，不是特別有家庭親子氣氛。但周圍出行交通非常方便，是對帶娃旅行者的一大優勢。 事後才知道，酒店前身是一家銀行，曾是“斯德哥爾摩綜合症”案件的發生地。

Hôtel Reisen提供了一個非常愉快的住宿,位置非常好,到斯德哥爾摩大部分地區都很方便。從面向大海的房間可以看到很棒的景色,房間乾淨整潔,如果比預期的要小,設備齊全。地下室的水療設計得很好,爲桑拿、涼爽的浸浴或鍛鍊提供了很好的設施。

I was pleasantly shocked how wonderful this hotel was, truly the best in Stockholm. It is located in a quiet, affluent area that is a 15-20 minute walk into the city center. The set-up is uniquely residential with exquisite furnishings and art. My Attic Suite was truly a sight to behold with wood paneling, engraved ceilings, a working fireplace, and beautiful decor. They thought of everything in the room to a clothing steamer, snacks, cold filtered water, replenished fresh flowers, etc. The food is truly delicious with a large spread for breakfast (which is never varied however). All dinners were delicious. Staff were warm, friendly and personable. Gardens immaculately maintained. A delight around every corner. This hotel is truly on to something to provide a private, homely, luxurious, personalized experience. I've never quite experienced a boutique hotel at this taste, service and luxury level. The absolute best in Stockholm, and top 10 for me in the world, which says a lot at what they have accomplished.
