It was horrible my room look like it wass as a crime scene the staff was horrible

The door did not lock they was rude I woke up to someone standing over me

La propiedad se veia bien pero desafortunadamente no pude hospedarme alli por que el empleado del lugar fue muy grosero creo que andaba bajo efectos del alcohol o dogas asi que me grito y y fue muy violento a si que sali corriendo del lugar una experiencia muy desagradable y peligroso deverian tener mejores empleados en ese y tener mas cuidado

El hotel es viejo, desorganizado y muy desaseado. Los cobertores de las camas estaban quemadas por cigarrillo. Las sillas están viejas y sucias. El aseo es terrible. El ascensor permanece sucio.

We canceled because it’s was not a safe environment my daughter refuse to get out of the car! The only good thing I can say is they didn’t charge my card after being on the phone with one of your representatives, calling to get the reservation canceled they did grateful for that!

Decent motel for what it is. Staff seemed friendly and the room smelled/looked clean. No complaints

I don’t understand how they can’t work with they’re VIP guest and allow the people that keeps up with illegal activities continue to stay and do what they do!! And they wonder why their ratings are so low!!

The staff kept looking at the cameras antagonizing me and my boyfriend and they kept making excuses for us to pay more , worst hotel I've ever been to , felt like I was on probation

My room was super dirty. The walls, floors, and celling had stains on them. There were holes in the wall and the electrical sockets were exposed. No hot water in the sink and bugs were in the room. The only kept up area was the lobby.
