一流的五星級酒店，設施很新，房間很大。對麪是個高爾夫球場，周圍環境好。員工熱情，入住時會忽悠你加150人民幣升級房間和送早餐，其實性價比一般。

It was a memorable trip. Services were top notch and impeccable service attitude seen in all staff. Frankly, I have not seen such a high service standards so far in my earlier visits to other countries and hotels. Staff was extremely courteous and made our trip very comfortable in all aspects. Would like to commend one particular female front office staff ms akansha who made all the sincere efforts to make our stay so comfortable. She also arranged to provide us rooms for early check ins as we were very tired upon arrival into the hotel. Please cherish all the staff who made our stay so so comfortable and we felt it like home. Kudos and 7 stars to the hotel for their impeccable and flawless services. Will definately stay again and recommend the hotel to my friends.

我12月20日至25日入住,12月20日凌晨2點左右入住,12月25日凌晨8:30退房超級早。我爸爸在12月21日意外地在城市去世,我的大部分行程,我忙於安排,回來晚了,只睡在我的房間裏。退房當天,我的航班推遲了,我回到了酒店。在大多數情況下,前台人員非常有幫助。然而,在最後一天,當我要求一些私人空間只是坐下來收集我的想法。Sumit先生簡短地告訴我“坐在大廳裏”。當然,我不希望我的房間回來,但對於迴應請求的一些敏感的禮貌,我會不勝感激。這是對本來順利住宿的痛苦的刺耳結局。我以後不會住在這裏了。

一個字“驚人”! 我住過很多五星級的世界各地的,但班加羅爾的麗思卡爾頓一路超出了我的期望!服務太好了,他們真的照顧好客人。我獨自旅行,他們的工作人員像Aishwarya,樓下禮賓部的年輕人,早餐餐廳的所有工作人員和廚師都很好,很包容。他們的工作人員Aishwarya和團隊超越了,並給我買了泳衣,因爲他們知道我忘記帶我的了!水療中心和游泳池很夢幻!喜歡我在這裏的住宿!

The best hotel we stayed in India. It’s new and clean. All the staffs are very professional, helpful and friendly. Around the hotel, you can find so many good places to eat and hang out.

So great trip ever. The hotel room is sooo perfect. Nothing can complain at all. Staff are so great in every department. Special thanks to Guests relations, Joshitha who made our stay so memorable.

在皇宮對面，標準的香格里拉的配置，稍微有些老了。酒店附近基本沒有什麼像樣的吃的地方，一日三餐在酒店裡解決就好了。

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are quite large and comfortable and the service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel! I did not eat in the restaurant but the meal from room service was excellent.

the staff are friendly and professional. the cafe's chef was quite good. the beds clean and comfortable, the hotel however was designed by a nincompop. there was barely four inches between the front of the toilet and the wall. the sink is designed to splash. the lights cannot all be controlled from the bedside. overall i had a pleasant stay.
