尋找伊斯坦堡 4 星級飯店

房間大小，設備都滿意，酒店位置也很好，也挺安靜的，這個房型的大小不錯。地鐵離的近，但是去地鐵有個坡，帶行李的可能有點費勁。電車T1離的也特別近，加拉塔就在旁邊，超級推薦這個酒店，先住了三晚，玩了一圈回來又住了兩晚。唯一不滿意的就是第一天我們到的早，下午三點才能入住，本來前台説有空房了就可以讓我們住了，來了個經理不幹，非讓我們等到3點才讓住。其餘都很好。

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is new, beautiful, pleasant and very clean. The room was comfortable, and we especially appreciated having a coffee machine — it may seem like a small detail, but even many good hotels in Istanbul do not have one, so this was a great plus. Unfortunately, however, the service currently falls noticeably short of the level of the hotel itself. 1. When we arrived, there was hardly any welcome at all. We would have appreciated a little more attention from the very beginning — even something as simple as a warm greeting. 2. Water and coffee were brought to our room only after the first night. On the following days, housekeeping did not come to our room at all, although we could hear the staff servicing other rooms on our floor. 3. It was my birthday during our stay, but there was absolutely no attention or even a small birthday greeting from the hotel. For a hotel of this level, I believe this is an important part of being guest-oriented and providing a good experience. 4. Overall, the staff were not particularly welcoming throughout our stay. Almost no one greeted us during our entire time at the hotel. The only time we received any personal attention was around 1 a.m., when we were returning from celebrating my birthday and a member of staff wished us good night. Unfortunately, that was about it. Before staying at this hotel, we stayed at another hotel in Istanbul, where almost every staff member we came across would greet us. Because of that, the difference in the level of service was especially noticeable. At check-out, we were offered a postcard and were given a red bracelet with an evil-eye charm. It was a thoughtful gesture in itself, but unfortunately, by that point it did not change our overall impression of the service. Especially since the gift is offered at check-out and guests are then immediately asked to leave a review. I simply don’t think it would be fair to leave a positive review about the staff when there are still such noticeable shortcomings in the level of service and attention to guests. That said, I would still recommend the hotel itself. It is beautiful, new and has a lot of potential. I sincerely hope the management will pay more attention to the service and the guest experience. It would be a real shame for such a beautiful hotel to lose some of its appeal simply because of a lack of attention to guests. I hope you will improve the service and maintain the high standard that this beautiful hotel deserves. With better hospitality, the overall guest experience could truly match the level of the property.

這是2星期內再次入住的酒店，房間乾淨寧靜，遠離鬧市，性價比高，是自駕遊的比較好的選擇，主要有免費停車，如果在景區附近一般不給免費停車，而且土耳其停車亂收費現象嚴重，因此直接選有免費停車的酒店可以省去不必要的停車費用，早餐在土耳其住過的酒店來説，算是不錯了，雖然本土口味菜的品味不是很滿意，但整體都可以接受。這次是第二次入住了，整過房間都比較悶熱，找了維修人員風口是18度，但在房間裏坐着都會出汗，真不知道他們是怎樣讓客人入住的。建議酒店負責人親自來到房間感受一下真實的温度，而不是使用儀器測量風口的温度。

在這個酒店度過了新年的第一天，就是房間有點小，但設施很齊全，酒店的工作人員都很熱情，雖然是個小酒店，但抵得上五星級酒店的服務。早餐中國胃是吃不懂的。畫重點來了：酒店位置就在地鐵口，可以辦交通卡，伊斯坦堡的交通超級堵車，如果去比較遠的地方可能還是地鐵比較方便。而且土耳其的出租車很多漫天要價，酒店也在幾個主要的景點附近，可以坐路面電車，也很方便。

晚上比較晚到的。從機場大巴塔克西姆站走五分鐘就到了。如大家所説門頭比較小，尋找的時候要擦亮眼睛。地暖温度可以。周圍買東西很方便，旁邊就有一個平價商店。前台工作人員都很熱情。我一大早四點多趕機場大巴，前台大叔還幫我拎着箱子走了一段路告訴我這裏走到機場大巴更近，感動。至於一些不完美的小細節。這個價格！還！要！啥！自行車！附上塔克西姆去機場的大巴時刻表。幾點都有，大家參考。

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and liked its location. Staff are friendly and helpful and we appreciated the daily room cleaning and reset. The best feature of the hotel is that it is well situated to explore Istanbul and is about a 10 minute walk to the Sultanahmet Square where you will find many of the main attractions in Istanbul like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. There is a tram line station very close to the hotel and it is a short walk to Sirkeci metro station. It was a good base for us as we checked out the areas across the water. It is a little far from both airports with each taking about 1.5 hours to get to but we felt the location was worth the time. The room's decor was a bit aged but charming. The beds were comfy and you can get extra pillows here. The room ran a bit warm during our stay but it was a bit noisy outside with frequent tram trains and restaurants below so we kept the window shut. They do have air conditioning and a radiator but we felt the AC wasn't worth turning on during a cool stay in December. Our neighbours were a bit noisy and it kept my wife up but I had no issues sleeping. It was moderately inconvenient when the restaurant decided to pop their new year's eve decorations at 1 in the morning. The bathroom was good and clean with good shower pressure, soft towels and we appreciated the warming rack for the towels. They provide soap and shampoo in dispensers in the shower. The breakfast was decent enough to start the day. They had enough to do a Turkish style breakfast and most options were pretty light. They had some hot items like sausage, scrambled eggs and other options that changed daily. They also had an area for cold items like cheese, labneh, yoghurt, vegetables and some cold cuts. They had a limited selection of fruit with some oranges and apples. They also had coffee, tea, juice and water. I had an early check out on my last day and they made me a nice bagged lunch to go to the airport with and have me a big can of juice which was very nice. The hotel provides bottled water for guests as well as lots of tea for in room use. The hotel has a restaurant on site and a small outdoor patio that is open for lunch, dinner and late dinner. They have some spa and massage treatments that you can book at the front desk. There are quite a few bath, restaurants, shops and other experiences nearby. People in the area are very friendly, welcoming and will invite you into their shop or restaurant...frequently.

Ramada ismine güvenerek dört gecelik rezervasyon yaptırdım,otel konum olarak iyi konumda oda geniş ve yatak konforluydu ama gel gelelim temizlik konusuna ,odadaki yer halıları çok kirli ve lekeli,sehpalar üzerinde ciddi anlamda lekeler mevcut,yatakların üzerinde uzun kıl vardı,odaya koyduk ikramlar çay vb içmek için koydukları bardak en basit karton bardaklardı maalesef,banyonun tavanının alçıları dökülmüş ve kırıktı. Yani kısaca otel Ramada ismini almış ve bırakmış sonrasında ne bi bakım ne elden geçirme ve kontrol etme gereğini duymamışlar. Hayal kırıklığı…
