Everything is good, but cleanliness sometimes is not good. the carpet has many hair strands that i need to clean personally with roller stick

這是我們第二次住在這個位置，服務非常一致……絕對 100% 優秀！！！很高興能感受到工作人員真正的關心，尤其是當大多數客戶都在處理留在那裡的醫療問題時。 😍

位於羅切斯特城市西邊，是洲際酒店成員，附近有麥當勞，肯德基，披薩，小超市，餐廳。但是並不喧鬧，服務人員友好，房間是套房，乾淨整潔，外麪一間是客廳，有雙人沙發，抽出可當牀，房間一角有個小廚房，可以做中餐。早餐品種豐富好吃。有班車到機場和沃爾瑪，值得推薦。

Clean room and comfy bed! Easy access to the Mayo Clinic buildings and shoppes (via skywalk or the street)

The guest had a family emergency and had to leave 2 days earlier. We told at the hotel what happened and they didn't want to process the refund. I must say we are very disappointed. Defenitely don't recommend it.

如果要去梅奧診所,那麼Kahler Grand就沒有更好的住宿地點了!它通過地鐵或街對面的簡單步行與診所相連。房間乾淨,更新,很舒服。停車也方便,與酒店相連。餐廳在酒店內,地鐵系統或步行一小段路程。工作人員總是友好,樂於助人,善良!如果需要,可以使用梅奧輪椅(往返診所和酒店)。還有一個游泳池和鍛鍊區。

I’ve stayed here dozens of times. This stay we had no heat in our room. At checkout I told the front desk he should have maintenance check our room heater. I had a picture of the thermostat and showed him the air temp in the room was a chilly 62 degrees. He responded by saying they had turned off the boilers yesterday because it was warm outside. I told him that was ridiculous and wondered why they were not turned on again for the night. When I told him we woke in the middle of the night and we were cold, he simply stated we should have called the front desk and they would have brought us a space heater. I told him that’s ridiculous and 62-63 degrees is unacceptable. He offered no other solution, apology, or a credit of any sort. This is very disappointing as most of my other stays here were just fine.

很棒的酒店和員工,地理位置優越。淋浴可以提供淋浴端的座椅和扶手桿,可拆卸的淋浴頭,以及廁所的扶手欄桿,以使其更適合我們這些殘疾人。全酒店都配備了電源輔助/自動打開房間門/門。可恥酒吧沒有打開。房間垃圾箱可以更經常地清空。房間最好配備Keurig咖啡機,而不是滲透器,加上房間的咖啡不是很棒,很高興我帶來了自己的。但除了這些小東西之外,早餐室的很棒的酒店、員工、早餐和咖啡都很棒。工作人員都非常友好和樂於助人。當然比我上次在羅切斯特MN住的酒店要好。
