If any guest(s) refuse to provide the requested identification, the entire group will not be able to stay, and you will not be entitled to a refund. Animal Policy: NO CATS. The FIRST noise complaint received after quiet hour is a $250 fine. Any additional noise complaints results in immediate termination of the remainder of your stay with no refund. So, stay inside if you’re going to make noise and keep the windows closed :) Any cars parked in the grass will be $250 fine per car. RESERVATION CHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL.. NO FIRES GUESTS MUST CLEAN UP ALL GARBAGE OUTSIDE FROM THE YARD EVERY NIGHT. $50 EXCESSIVE CLEANUP FEE IF GARBAGE IS LEFT OUTSIDE. Guests are responsible for taking care of cleaning up any furniture and keeping the grill clean (if used) upon departure. Host reserves the right to request for drivers license or passport photos of all guests in the reservation at anytime. Failure to provide proof of identity with the host will result in a termination of our agreement without refund.
