The location of the hotel was very good, especially for anyone visiting the Haram. It is located a few buildings after Le Meridien Makkah, and the walk to the Haram area was around five minutes. For those going towards the Mataf area, the walk was approximately 12 minutes. Overall, the location was one of the strongest points of the stay. The room itself was generally fine for a solo traveler. I had booked a single-bed room, and for a one-night stay it served the purpose. However, one thing that was disappointing was that the hotel did not show any bathroom pictures on the website. When I arrived, I was surprised to see that the shower area was extremely small. The shower was right beside the commode, and part of the shower area was practically overlapping with the toilet area, which made it uncomfortable to use. Another issue was that the telephone in the room was not working. Because of this, whenever I needed anything from reception, I had to go all the way down personally to ask. Also, towels were not provided in the room initially, so I had to go to reception and request them. Overall, for a single-night stay, I would say it was worth it mainly because of the excellent location and easy access to the Haram. However, the bathroom setup was disappointing, and the lack of basic room readiness, such as towels and a working telephone, could definitely be improved.

埃托麥加 這是我第二次入住這家飯店，住宿非常舒適，工作人員非常友善且樂於助人。房間乾淨整潔，服務周到，我非常享受在這裡的時光。酒店很棒，一切都井然有序，熱情好客。地理位置優越，氛圍非常友好。早餐很棒，環境舒適溫馨，強烈推薦！一切都超出了我的預期，一定會再來的。

13天12夜。沒有客房服務,所以毛巾沒有更換,房間沒有打掃,牀墊沒有換牀單。加分項是附近居民的友誼,阿羅曼賽可以走。去非法的出租車費用是由於齋月非常昂貴,而且非法100sar,回家90元。

La gentillesse de personnelle la chambre est très grande il y'a quelques petites insectes dans la salle de bain ainsi qu'à l'intérieur de la chambre le petit déj cest varié le bus très difficile de le trouver en retour et pas de service de nettoyage en 3 jours de réservation
