The hotel itself was great. It was very clean amd comfortable. However, the experience was awful from check in until well after. Check in was supposed to be at 4. Our room wasn't ready so the lady checking us in tried to downgrade our room. When I refused a downgrade since the view was the entire reason for booking the hotel, i was told we would have to wait to get into our room. I was told I would recieve a text when our room was ready. After an hour of not receiving a text, I went back to the front desk only to find out our room was ready. This process made us latr for our evening plans. After checking out, I realized I left my rings in the room. My husband immediately called the front desk and asked if someone would go get them out of the room and keep them until we got back to the hotel, to which he was told "No problem". An hour later we were told they'd have to wait for housekeeping to clean the room and find them. After another 2 hours we went back to the hotel only to be told nothing had been found and there was another guest in our room. After another 48 hours and 6 ohone calls, I was finally able to speak to a manager. He states that he followed up, checked all cameras, and spoke to everyone involved but there were no rings in the room. I have been offered no resolution to this issue.
