納帕谷梅都伍德飯店(Meadowood Napa Valley)

This was our second visit to Meadowood in recent memory and it was a fantastic one! I go into more property details in my other review so will just post a shorter (for me) update based on new observations. We stayed for 5 days in August 2023 in a Treeline Suite and a Cottage Room and both were excellent. Same great details of other rooms with vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, stone fireplaces, couches and beds that you sink into and don’t want to leave, marble showers, deep soaking tubs and outdoor decks facing the treeline and Meadowood’s pools. The property had actually been partially bought out for a company retreat during this visit and the resort did a terrific job of making sure the large group did not disrupt the relaxing atmosphere for other guests and club members. Despite the property being at high occupancy, there were instances when we were the only guests in the gym and at the Forum bar. Meadowood has the luxury of having multiple event spaces, dining outlets and great weather year-round (so you can utilize the outdoor spaces as well), so nothing ever felt crowded. The other facilities are still great. They have a wonderful indoor-outdoor gym with a packed schedule of included fitness classes. The three pool setup (family pool, lap pool and lounging pool) with multiple hot tubs means there is plenty of seating and options for all guests. The food on property is consistently amazing. Room service, the Terrace Cafe at the pools and Forum are all excellent with a range of options celebrating local ingredients. The in-room minibar is also stocked daily with local snacks, and turndown showcased some of the great pastry work from Meadowood’s first-class culinary team. This was our first visit experiencing Forum (the full-service restaurant on property) and we were amazed at the quality of the offerings in terms of food and service — we had dinner there twice and breakfast every morning and the diversity of options, great wine list and polished, but warm service make us highly recommend it. Service in general was stellar. The pool service is some of the best we have experienced in the U.S. Meadowood is also a private club so even on a slow hotel day, the pool is still fully staffed with wonderfully helpful attendants. My family spent four days there, and there was never a low point of service. Despite the unexpected challenges the property has faced with COVID and the Glass Fire in 2020, what is core to the Meadowood experience — luxurious rooms, amazing food, polished service, a location that is central to everything in Napa and a perfect setting to be active or sedentary — has not changed. I would highly recommend Meadowood and can't wait to return!

Beautiful place! Great location and amenities! Spa, tennis courts and the restaurant were excellent. Service was great and the staff on site very polite and efficient. Incredible views from our Treeline Suite! Will definitely come back!

The food was surprisingly good due to the restaurant burning down. However, we weren't afforded a late check out after staying 4 nights and there was a heavy about of noise due to construction and forest management.

Not sure I can accurately capture what a perfect experience this was. My husband and I chose to honeymoon at Meadowood and every second was thoughtful, relaxed and perfect.

This magical place was our home away from home on a recent visit to Napa Valley. My husband and I have never been to wine country and Meadowood was a fantastic place to stay. We loved all the thoughtful touches (free snacks and non alcoholic drinks in the rooms, salts and tea light candles for the wonderfull massive bath tub, free bottled water, etc.), the attentive staff and the fantastic spa. Forum is the only restaurant option at the moment, but the food there was AWESOME. Literally loved everything I ate. Highly recommend!

They treat you like a valued customer with many personal touches to make the stay feel extremely enjoyable.

Wonderful stay. Staff amazing who pay attention to all of the little details and are so genuinely happy to help. Beautiful spa. Very relaxing, elegant, gorgeous property.Loved staying in our cottage and so enjoyed the fabulous room service on our large patio every morning. Will definitely stay again!
