沙壟鄉間別墅(Dune Ridge Country House)

We had a wonderful stay at Dune Ridge and cannot recommend it highly enough. As a family with small kids, the safe garden to play in, the clean and well-designed swimming pool area, comfortable beds and spacious rooms were much appreciated. The food was fantastic - breakfast was a highlight of every day, and with picky small eaters we were very grateful for the kitchen staff who offered to basically make anything (within limits) that would appeal. Nothing was too much trouble, the service was excellent. I did a lot of research before booking Dune Ridge and am pretty confident it is the premier place to stay in the St Francis Bay area. We hope to visit again one day!

Due to rescheduling of flight, we did a last minute booking at the Dune Ridge. But boy, we’re we glad we had to do this. Located in a nature reserve, luxury awaits you once you overcome the adventurous entry. We were helped by the staff in a way you cannot imagine, even arranging meals to de delivered by a local restaurant in our room. The family-cottage was super including a huge terrace and a gas-fireplace!

This little country house is a gem - a source of peace and tranquility, away from the madding crowds over the season. The rooms are oldy worldy, shabby chic but very comfortable with gorgeous beds, lovely linen and very comfy chairs inside and out. The food is really good - dinner was superb and very sophisticated. Nothing is too much trouble and you'll find Desi running around, efficient, warm and friendly and so on the ball. The pool area is lovely, quiet and a great place to chill and read if its hot. We loved our stay here and would certainly come back again.

Gavin and I booked into Dune Ridge Country House for the Valentine's weekend. What an amazing break. We were well looked after at this peaceful destination. Sarah and her team looked after us so well. What attention to detail. Well worth a visit.

We had a wonderful stay.Greeted by the incomparable Desi with the best iced tea we have ever tasted. Fabulous room comfortable bed and great bedding. Great space to sit in or out. Our evening started with a well mixed gin and tonic followed by a delicious evening meal on the terrace. Breakfast outside on the terrace in the sunshine with beautifully presented tasty food made all feel well with the world

Comfortable rooms with a very special private stoep that overlooks the garden and is occasionally visited by nyala - always a pleasant surprise! Wonderfully hospitable staff. Fresh milk and flowers in the rooms add a caring and homely touch. lovely breakfast, and would like arrange supper next time.Would love to stay at Dune Ridge again. The corrugated iron dirt road is troublesome, but the hospitality definitely makes this discomfort a minor.

We stayed at Dune Ridge Country House on the 3rd of December 2022. The setting was so peaceful and tranquil. The accommodation was beautiful and clean. The room and bathroom were spacious. We were welcomed with open arms. Everything was just perfect!

Dessie was amazing. She met us at the car and catered to all our needs. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed.Dessie made our first night as a married couple very comfortable. She is worth her weight in gold.

We found the property excellent value for money. and the personnel extremely friendly and helpful. We will highly recommend Dune Ridge when staying in St Francis, by far the best accommodation and food. We will certainly be staying at Dune Ridge the next time we are going to St Francis.
