MMichael L Barks來到該地區參加一次聚會,入住了當地智選假日酒店,我唯一的抱怨是這家酒店,所有酒店都需要天花板風扇。空調單位不夠。入住/退房非常完美,房間很好,寬敞乾淨。早餐也不錯。

訪訪客用戶My husband and I booked the King Deluxe, and upon inspecting the room, I can see that the furniture was not cleaned, it was old and dusty and had stains on it. The carpet looked like it hadn't been clean in years. The room had a bad smell to it, the bathroom area was pretty decent. I've stayed at Ameristar a few times, and I can honestly say, this was one of the worse experiences I had staying there. Ameristar PLEASE DO BETTER!

訪訪客工作人員非常友好。我覺得如果他們打算讓寵物在設施中,遊客應該與其他客人不同。狗聽到清潔人員敲門和移動時,就會叫和抱怨。
除此之外,我對房間的清潔和舒適感到非常高興。會再次入住。

SSpeedtyThe refrigerator was moldy all around the rubber inside and the microwave didn’t work. I moved to a different room and that refrigerator was the same way. The room also smelled moldy so I kept the door open as Much as I could.

訪訪客用戶I had a very late check in at midnite because of a late flight. It was hard to find in the dark. Luckily google maps knew where it was. I was very happy someone was there to check me in. I came back 15 mins later and they provided change for the vending machine cheerfully. The room was clean and the mattress comfortable. Definitely budget though, scratchy towels, cheap soap. Plus no coffee and rolls in the morning. There's an area for it but it was empty. Overall, okay for the price.
