The property which we stayed belongs to Mr Adnan and had excellent view of the lake and valley of Kashmir. Mr Zahoor and Sameer , who took care of us like his own family. Absolutely amazing service 5star rating. I recommend folks to experience this amazing tour of the Heritage Group Of Houseboats in Kashmir, Nigeen Lake.. Definitely we will return back and stay in same amazing place..

Our houseboat stay on Nigeen Lake was magical! The serene views, cozy wooden interiors, and warm hospitality made it unforgettable. Waking up to shikaras gliding past with snow capped mountains in the far background was an amazing site to look at. The home-cooked Kashmiri food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and comfy. A perfect family getaway—highly recommended!

Incredible experience! The warm hospitality and genuinely kind crew made us feel like family. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal felt like it was made with love. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories—highly recommend this houseboat!

The service by Akbar group of hertiage houseboats is really good. Right from the beginning taking you from lake to the house boat and food and all the other services are really good. I recommend 5/5 to stay here and highly recommended to stay with families.

Best place to come with family to spend quality time. Breathtaking view. Food was excellent. Mr. Adnan his staffs were very polite and very nice. Best service altogether. I'll surely come again, no doubt. Highly recommended heritage houseboat in Nigeen Lake , Srinagar Kashmir.

It's very different experience, you will experience like king or Queen while staying here, it's so fabulous, now i am regretting why i had booked this only for one night ,from next time i will definitely choose Akabr group of heritage houseboat for all days , Its highly recommended to stay in Akbar houseboat because this experience you cant feel anywhere else ...

The staff here is really sweet and welcoming. The house boat is really very pretty and the ambience is sooo beautiful. The food was good too and they provided us with evening tea which was very soothing as well as refreshing. Adnan and Sahil were both very helpful and welcoming providing us insights into the rich cultural aspects of Kashmir. We are glad to have them as our host :) Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful experience with Akbar Group of Heritage houseboats: special care, wonderful experience with a shikara welcome, beautiful houseboat interiors and great food. Mr Adnaan has also arranged a taxi and stay at ******** which was also superb and great experience. Highly recommended and I shall definitely visit again.
