Itz First time in kashmir at madison collection. ... We had a great time and had a wonderful experience during the stay. especially Housekeeping Suhail daar and team. The rooms were too good . Overall a must visit and grand stay experienced .thank you

I have traveled across the world and stayed in the best of the hotels but I find the Radisson Collection Hotel at Srinagar is one of the best, Very well built, excellent interior, is situated at a strategic location, and is also very close to the Airport. It was a nice stay and wonderful service, I must recommend and nothing to complain about. I specially tell about Adil pie and zeeshan and oorfi. 👍👍. Any one planning with family or friends this is best place to stay in shrinagar and ambience is also cool

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Specially to mention about Sabina Akhtar who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction and make my birthday truly special with a surprise in-room celebration! The room was beautifully decorated with balloons, flower bouquet and a delicious cake was delivered right on time. The attentive service throughout the evening, including a thoughtful birthday toast from the manager, made it a truly unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back for future special occasions!" The hotel's prime location made exploring the city a breeze. The hotel's elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. Room service was fast, and the food arrived hot and delicious. Our stay at The Radisson Collection in Srinagar was nothing short of extraordinary, with hospitality that truly surpassed all expectations. From the warm, personal touches to the attention to detail, this hotel sets the gold standard in luxury and service. The Managing Director’s efforts to personally connect with guests and staff was a testament to humble leadership, setting an inspiring example for the entire team. We were fortunate to experience a suite upgrade, which allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the hotel’s supreme luxury. The half-board package, including dinner, was perfect for unwinding after a day in Kashmir’s winter wonderland. The exquisite cuisine, accompanied by live, melancholic music, added a magical touch to our evenings. Every staff member we encountered displayed unmatched warmth and professionalism, making us feel genuinely welcomed at every turn. Having relished the charm of winter in this "Garden of Eden," we are already planning a summer extravaganza in this breathtaking destination. The Radisson Collection in Srinagar is a must-stay for anyone visiting Kashmir—highly recommended for its unparalleled hospitality, luxury, and unforgettable experiences.
