凱藝會議中心飯店(Quality Inn & Conference Center - Springfield)

工作人員很友好。這家酒店大部分都非常乾淨，但游泳池和熱水浴缸是最好的。？

I chose to stay here because i have a 14 week-old puppy, and the hotel claims to be very "pet-friendly", however puppy's are like babies and they have ACCIDENTS, and when my puppy had an accident on the bed in the middle of the night, i called the front desk asking if i could bother them for a new comforter, and i placed the potty-wet comforter in a bag for them. The following morning, the MANAGER had the cojones to tell me that my puppy is a "bad dog" and that i "should just leave the property", and i did just that, i cancelled the remainder of my stay (and got my money back), and left the property with my "bad dog", only after telling her that is was MY FAULT for not getting up to take my "bad dog" out to pee when my "bad dog" was trying to tell me that he had to go. My "bad dog" is a puppy, not to be compared to the other mutts staying at the hotel that were BARKING and RUNNING up and down the hotel hallways. I wonder, if someone were staying here with an infant, and that infant wet the bed, would the staff here feel they have the right to comment and tell you that your child is a "bad kid", hmm? Just do your job and wash the bedsheets. Disgusting customer service. Additionally to this, the property outside is gross. The grass is littered over with garbage, cigarette buds, and dog feces because other owners don't pick up their dogs business and throw it away i guess. Clean your property, its disgusting. I will never give my business to this hotel again.

Clean room and friendly staff. Hall ways aren’t carpet and you can hear everything in rooms. Breakfast buffet was basically a continental breakfast

For the price I paid I am incredibly impressed with what I received as my room very clean, very comfortable looking and right near where I need to be the front desk staff was exemplary, and I couldn’t be happier

This room was quite good. Clean, very comfortable bed, bathroom pretty nice. Looked like brand new faucet and shower head. Cable was good, big tv. Bible in the room a plus.

The 2 doors to get into the building was broken, the lock on the room door was broken. 2 light bulbs were burnt out. Hair drier started smoking and making a trouble noise then stopped working. A very loud noise from the room above ours. Breakfast was good with coffee and waffles.

The hot tub and pool are amazing. This is my 2nd time here and will continue coming back.

The lobby and pool area were probably the cleanest places of the hotel. When i turned the heat on it blew a nasty smoke/dust in the air and smelled like it wouldve caught fire if left on. I had a king room with a pull out couch. The pull put mattress had what looked like dried puke on it. There were no blankets or sheets for the pullout bed. The front office wouldnt supply anything but clean towels. The water came out rusty brown in the tub. They allowed us to switch rooms at 2 AM to a double bed room across the hall. I was in 148 and was moved to 149. The fire alarm had no batteries in it and beeped all night. I was too tired to even say anything at that point. I am very disappointed and will never get a room at that hotel again!

Great options for dinning, many restaurants near the hotel, nice pool and hot tub on site. Many stores nearby. Room was very clean.
