切斯特菲爾德村凱藝套房飯店(Quality Inn & Suites Chesterfield Village)

The fire alarms went off 2 nights in a row at 1;30 am . Not very good for sleep or rest. No fire. Also all theyhad was instant coffee from a machine for you. With breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful..Hope they get their alarm fixed tho.

Trip was good. Family trip with miscommunication on days we were staying but luckily the clerk was able to meet my need of an extra day. It was a very busy weekend for most of the hotels in Springfield so I had my doubt at first. In reference to cleanliness, it was pretty good. The bathroom was dated and could probably use some tender care. The water pressure at the sink was lacking but the shower was fine. Everyone was satisfied with breakfast so I heard. I would probably stay there again.

The location was fantastic. The property was good. The property owner was an amazing person, Joe Ohg. I had a booking issue that ********** wasn’t able to fix immediately, and he gave me recommendations on how to fix my booking, and was amazing at speaking with me, and educating me, then taking the phone calls from **********, and speaking with them, and working out the issue. Above and beyond serious.

My stay was terrible, because my stay didn’t happen. The front desk manger after looking at my ID and seeing that I was a local resident, he said he was canceling my reservation due to their “policy” of not accepting stay from local residents. The front desk manager was very rude and dismissive, refusing to show me the policy.

This is a clean, comfortable choice hotel for a quick stay. The vending area need of an upgrade and the tv is quite small for the room, but the beds are very comfy and plenty of fresh towels. Being right on the edge of town gives convenient access to the highway and can quickly get around.

Good simple hotel room, didn’t stay for long but did during the storm and didn’t lose power so that’s a plus!! Clean room as well

Woke up to bed bugs at 230 in the morning. Gave us another room which was fine but refused to give any kind of discount since it ruined our 2nd day of conference. Not to mention all the extra laundry costs. We had to miss 1/2 day of it bcuz we were so tired.

Very close to Springfield destination. Breakfast excellent. Rooms very nice. Good value.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at a Quality Inn and it will be my last. No elevators and I was on the top floor each time. I’m 60 years old and it is not easy to carry luggage up stairs. I ask for bottom floor and was told nothing was available each time.
