Enjoy the expansive pool ranging from 4ft to 9ft, with a SIGNED WAIVER required prior to use. The cabana area and gas grill BBQ pit are ideal for gatherings. Feel free to utilize the entire house, appliances, and dishes, excluding closets and the garage. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master and queen beds in bedrooms 2 & 3. The game room offers entertainment with a pool table and TV. Upon departure, kindly clean up and restore items to their original order. Extended stays receive discounts, please inquire. Parties/events require prior approval, and no large parties are permitted. Please review attached parking and pool guidelines. Graduation parties are NOT allowed.
