"The floor was soaking wet from the air conditioning. Refrigerator didn’t work moved to a new room the air conditioner leaked water on the floor and that room as well. Management only wanted to give me 10% off the original price I like that value me as a customer and they made a lot of excuses, for the reason why the hotel was having issues they say all the builders been here for 10 years so that’s why we have all these issues to me personally I feel like management because no matter how long you had an establishment you should have the proper people in place in order for your establishment to unsuccessfully"

I didn’t even feel safe to spend the night in the hotel I payed for .I would steer clear from this Marriott if I could I would leave 0 stars Jorge needs to be retrained or let go bc what happened to me and my family yesterday was very scary I had to pay for another Uber to go to another Marriott so don’t waste your time and money here like I did"
