Excellent Customer Service from the front desk, to the staff working the morning breakfast and housekeeping! Clean. Quiet. Great place to stay.

I came here for work, but the “hi-speed” internet wasn’t working. I ended up staying somewhere else after the first night. The three nights weren’t refundable because I booked through ******* and not the hotel directly. If you need internet, you might consider another hotel. Or book directly through the hotel.

The woman at the front desk..I could go on and on about how pleasant she was and accommodating she was. Honestly the best service I’ve received to date. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Plenty of places to eat nearby and the location was perfect for what we were there for. Our second time staying there and we will be back.

Because of weather and road conditions, I started out early. Finishing my errands, I went to check in and found I would need to pay a $25 early check-in fee. Was that even mentioned?

Check in was a breeze, great location right across from Chick-Fil-A! However, entering my room there was an extremely strong odor. I called the front desk and she came up to check, she said they are completely booked so she couldn’t offer me a new room. She did offer some room spray but it didn’t help.

We had a great stay in north Spokane. The front reception was very professional and very nice. we would stay here again!

Hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel and room was very clean and also beautiful on the inside. It had everything i could of hoped for in a 1 night stay. The breakfast bar next day was top notch and maybe the best ive seen at hotel. The front desk even had freshly baked cookies when we had arrived and that of course is always a plus. Little pricey i think but manageable.

Staff was very friendly, pool and breakfast was great and room was very comfortable. We will definitely be returning!

Room was clean, spacious, and nicer than average. The couch was a nice bonus and the separate sink area meant 2 people could ready for the day at the same time. However, there were a few things that could have been better. The light bulbs in the room were a stark blue-white color rather than the traditional warmer white of traditional bulbs. In the evening, it made it feel rather cold and un-inviting. We were surprised the breakfast room did not serve freshly brewed coffee. It was a Nescafe machine that had different kinds of freeze-dried options - some better than others. If you're looking for brewed coffee, you'll have to use the little coffeemaker they provide in your room and then and get some cream from the dining room. The breakfast food was also a bit sub-par and uninteresting compared with other better-rated chains we've stayed at recently. I would give them 4 out of 5.
