斯波坎牛津套房飯店(Oxford Suites Spokane Downtown)

This is the only hotel I stop by when I’m doing my business in Spokane. The service is very good and the breakfast is not bad at all.

My family and I headed to the Bistro (hotel restaurant) for an evening snack. The paperwork throughout the hotel says the Bistro was open until 9:30. We entered the restaurant at 8:57 and was going to order something to go. The woman behind the counter informed us the “kitchen was closed.” I replied with it says “you’re open until 9:30.” To which she replied “yeah, we got slammed, so we’re closing in 10 minutes. Sorry.” Don’t advertise that you’re open until 9:30 if you’re not actually going to be open until 9:30. This is our first time staying in this hotel. Highly disappointed.

Nice hotel. Room was comfortable. But shower was dirty. I had to clean it my self. No big deal. Breakfast was busy. Food not that great. Cold meats that were not heated and as I would expect nothing but out of the box food. I chose to eat somewhere else second day. Parking tight also.

The check-in attendant Ben was super helpful, friendly, and informative. The Oxford Suites are very nice, clean, and safe. It feels fancy without feeling uptight or exclusive, which we like. Cheers to the hospitality crew that works so hard to keep this hotel running smoothly, and don't forget to leave a tip!

Steam room and sauna does not work. Reception/manger doesn’t know either and very defensive. No soap in bathroom wither

This property is quiet, clean, and the staff is fabulous. Right on the Spokane River, with a beautiful walking trail that takes you through Riverfront Park to the downtown for great shopping and dining options. Easy access from the freeway, yet off the freeway and with free parking. Highly recommend this hotel when you visit Spokane.

I thought for the price the room would have been cleaner. The mirrors were dirty, hairs in the shower and around the room, as well as cobwebs above the mirror. They did offer a good breakfast and free drink with soup and salad which was nice.
