My VISA card was hacked and fraudulent activity began to occur after I used my card through ******* and then gave it to the front desk at Western Village Inn. When I called to report this, I asked for the front desk manager. They connected me with her and as I explained this to her, her response was 'you have no proof of that'. Obviously that is not the professional response of concern a customer would expect to say the least.
