訪訪客用戶這家飯店擁有充滿活力的活力、友善的員工、良好的健身房和休閒中心，並提供停車場。 如果計劃住在這裡，重要的是要知道 Reeds 餐廳只能通過套餐進入（有點令人失望），但是酒吧為所有客人提供美味的食物。 不幸的是，我和我丈夫遇到的主要問題是床非常不舒服。 枕頭和床墊感覺很硬而且不舒服，我們在住宿期間都因為不舒服而難以入睡。 除了不舒服的床之外，這家酒店給我們留下了深刻的印象，但基於床的質量，我們不會再選擇住在這裡。 %#@#

訪訪客用戶We were guests when this hotel was the Maldron. I couldn't fault them. But now it's changed hands
The receptionist was so unfriendly and so ignorant to us and 2 young boys that were looking for help. Just basically not making eye contact, refusing to answer, and when she did answer, it was short with an angry demeanor, like were bothering her. There was no hello, thank you or enjoy your stay ..just the bare communication. Also..
The manager in the bar refused to heat the babys bottle in the microwave because it was against health and safety regulations. Even though the Maldron staff were more than happy to help. They microwave baby food and bottles for me on a few occasions. The manager tried to convince me that I could possibly have something dangerous in the bottle. When I told him if they don't heat it, I won't come back, ..he sneered at me in a look that said ..well I don't care. He gave me an option after alot of arguing to heat it up in their cup with the coffee warmer. We also asked for a quiet room. The receptionist gave us a noisey room
I could hear doors next door slamming. Kids shouting and loud walking ftom the lift to the rooms.
We were right next to the lift. I was very disappointed. We returned because last time we loved it. But we won't be returning again with that attitude.
