愛丁堡設有 Spa 的飯店

這家酒店和周邊的酒店相比較，絕對是物超所值。房間裏除了沒有拖鞋以外，其他的洗漱用品都是全的，地理位置也非常好。傍晚到旁邊的卡爾頓山看日落，非常方便。 建議自己帶一個燒水壺，雖然酒店也配有燒水壺，但這邊的水質可能比較硬，酒店燒水壺裡麪的水垢非常多，建議還是自己帶燒水壺，並且從外面買礦泉水或純凈水喝。

喜歡這家酒店,肯定會回來。愛丁堡有一些很棒的地方,但這是我最喜歡的新地方。可愛的員工,優越的地理位置,食物和設施,我很幸運被升級到一流的 Townhouse Suite。語言不能很好地發揮這個套件的作用,但它是巨大的,令人驚歎的,並且提供了很好的額外服務,比如一個錄音機,一個塞子和一個非常儲備的酒吧。平心而論,我們住的另一個房間是雙牀高級房,房間也很漂亮,所以我認爲無論你住哪一個房間,你都會住得很開心。我們在巴巴的兩天和晚餐都非常喜歡早餐食物的質量都很好,我對富有想象力的素食選擇感到非常滿意。感謝所有的員工對我們如此照顧,我們迫不及待地想很快回來

I visited the W for the first time on Friday evening. From the moment we stepped through the door the experience was exquisite. We didn’t have a reservation however sitting at the bar in the upstairs lounge was wonderful. We met the lovely Sumith who educated us on everything wine related. Edson our bartender made some delicious cocktails. The experience was perfection from start to finish, I cannot wait to return!! To finish off our wonderful evening we were given access to the 12th floor, just WOW. I’ve not seen views like these in Edinburgh!!

Positives first, Spa is amazing, truly. Negatives. I paid £881 for four nights room only here to celebrate my partners 40th birthday - paid early also which shows faith on my part. Upon check in - I was told that I had to pay an extra £200 holding fee for incidentals, that would be immediately returned to my account upon check out with no waiting time - I questioned this and challenged it - I was told I must pay it end of story. Upon questioning the time scale that it would be paid back to me - I was told it would be instant as it was only a held payment and not a taken payment - this was a lie and I DO NOT LIKE LIES. Way I see it - I paid upfront - this shows faith - they demand extra money - this shows the opposite. Obviously this extra £200 out of my saved pot for this birthday celebration left a dent in it which meant having to be more careful and therefore unable to do the things we wished to do - I had hoped that given the supposed purpose of this £200 that I would be able to charge things to my room up to that value, however - even though I managed to charge the £70 spa fee to my room, any time I requested to charge drinks (incidentals are they not?) I found a payment machine thrust in my face - this happened EVERY time, meaning of course that’s its upper management policy to tell their staff to do this. Upon checkout I was informed that the £130 still owed to me would take 2-3 business days to return to my account - quite the opposite of what I was told at check in. All the management offered to do was to have a word with accounts to put a rush on it but could promise me nothing. He did also offer me an upgraded room should I stay again - I found this rather hilarious as clearly I will never stay here again. Liars do not get a chance to take more money from me. Given that money was tighter than it should have been on this very important occasion it has actually marred the entire trip. Also it’s apparent that you cannot connect the hotel tv to the internet or purchase any pay per view films - so a cheaper night in is also an impossibility. I also noticed that people with Rolexes were routinely served before other people - not a fan of snobby favouritism. All in all I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone at all.

該酒店在愛丁堡區內，相對房間比較多，因此會有旅行團入住。但離市區較遠，幸好附近有幾條巴士路線來往市區，車次亦很密。 酒店提供的免費車位不多，如果車位爆滿，便要前往Edinburgh Zoo的付費停車場。 酒店有提供自助早餐，如在入住時預訂，只須GBP12.50，如即時入座，則須GBP14.95。 酒店水準一般，不知是否當天較多客人入住，走廊有不少紙屑，但第二天已打掃乾淨。 總括而言，不過不失。

我們在出發前一晚從海外抵達機場後使用了這家酒店。這是理想的。位置不錯,工作人員友好。在茂密的校園和鄰近的赫里奧-瓦特大學附近散步是件愉快的事。我們會回來的。...我會注意,有些人可能會覺得浴室的隱私有點受到浴室門和側板的施工影響(不透明的材料讓光線透過,門與相鄰牆之間的大裂縫並非完全私人的)。

這家酒店與以前的愛丁堡萬豪酒店沒有任何關係,它可能有新的地毯和油漆,但這是一個令人失望的體驗,工作人員缺乏經驗和客戶關注的許多客戶服務已被刪除。我們訂了一個套房,電視不能容納火棍觀看 Netflix ,浴室很破舊,房間可以用一個合適的乾淨的浴袍來做,當我們抱怨我們被送去一個灌木叢代替時,據說供應的浴袍不見了兩個 。早餐很好,有一個很好的選擇,我們經常住在愛丁堡萬豪酒店,遺憾的是我們不會回來,因爲德爾塔顯然削減了成本,並刪除了客戶焦點,讓你忘記了粗糙的邊緣。

打10分的酒店 遠超預期 個人認為是愛丁堡最值得體驗的酒店 沒有之一 硬件上，美輪美奐，一座城堡🏰 位置上，最好的位置。沒有之一 軟件上。更是遠超預期！從禮賓部到前台，到hskp，再到餐廳，非常專業的細心 最後臨走的時候，禮賓部幫我一起推箱子送到了酒店外面的火車站！！！

晚上check in時，櫃檯一名服務員態度極差，我預訂的是家庭房，一check in 的時候，佢就話叫我補錢，因為在登記時只有兩個大人名，沒有填兩個小朋友資料所以一定要我補錢先可以比小朋友入住，我同佢解釋他亦不理會，話一定要補錢，我話我book嘅係家庭房，如果只得兩個人入住，我點解要book這種房間？我同佢講因為填表時只可以填兩個人，加唔到第三第四位，但佢一路堅持要我補錢乜嘢都唔聽我講，態度極差，最後另一個職員幫我再查清楚才給我進房間。
