My friend and I have just returned from this lovely little place. First I completely booked the wrong room, I contacted them and told them I hadn’t realised when I booked. They changed our room for me straight away. We were very early arriving, this wasn’t a problem either. We were welcomed with a hot drink and told we could just put our cases in the room and it would be ready for us later. Breakfast was really good my friend requested GF bread and this wasn’t a problem at all. Perfect central location, friendly hosts , and lovely clean rooms . We will be back

A wonderful Guest House in the heart of Southport. The Hosts John and Sue, made us very welcome! The breakfast was excellent; it's not restricted to the normal "Full English"! I hope to return in the summer and would highly recommend The Warwick.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights 28-29 Oct. We travelled to Southport for a family party and although we prefer modern we did know this was not what we were getting here and therefore can't fault at all. Room and hotel in general was clean and fit for purpose. Breakfast was excellent and constantly being asked if we wanted more. John and Sue were excellent hosts and couldn't do enough for you... Excellent location also for beach, shops, restaurants etc...

Not worth bothering with would have stayed in the car, really feel like we've been taking for fools,I don't know where the good comments have come from?.I can't be even bothered to write any more comments spent more time out of the room cause it was so bad.ALL the negative comments are spot on just keep away !!!

We upgraded to a front bay window room it was roomy and spotless, comfortable bed and every thing we needed, John and Sue were great host's and a credit to southport, The breakfast's were very good and varied, All in all we had an enjoyable time at the warwick and will return. Thank you both.

Sue and john was very lovley and welcoming and made you feel at home. The breakfast was superb and was worth waking up for. The bedroom was clean and beds were comfortable. They were good host. we have been to the warick twice and will defo being going there again. would highly recommend to stay at the warwick. Thankyou sue and john.

Absolutely superb, made to feel very welcome, definitely looked after! Felt homely, wonderful hosts, room was perfect, good size with everything we required, food brilliant! Breakfast cooked to order with plenty choice , thoroughly enjoyed! Location was excellent, central to everything. The added bonus of the leisure centre passes were great too , definitely hope to return, can’t thank you enough, you have such a lovely b&b! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you again .

Excellent hosts, very attentive and could not do enough for us. Breakfast was well cooked and plenty of choice for any palate. Excellent location, close to all amenities. Well worth a visit. Thank you Sue and John.
