The service was great! The location excellent! Beds very comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a well equipped kitchen. We had a great time! The only downfall is that the bathroom was old.

It a gem of a place! The only suggestion is a little more attention to the cleanliness of the kitchenette and more shelving space. Other than that it’s great!

I was very pleased with my stay here. The room was nice and clean. The ocean view from our balcony was beautiful. If you come to fish the kure beach pier is right next door. Contactless check in was nice, once I booked through ******* I received texts with my room number and access code. So easy and convenient!!! I will definitely be coming back to stay here!

Hotel room had hair on counters, towels were stained, shower water was barely luke warm when turned all the way hot. We were not given a full roll of toilet paper and ran out after 9pm, could not get anymore before we checked out at 8am. Paid $250 for the night. On the positive side, the location is good and the beds appeared clean.

The room was clean enough I guess, but it shows its age and it smelled terrible, almost as if there was a mold somewhere nearby. Staff did a good job of communicating via text on the day or our arrival, but there is no staff on the property after 5:00, although there is a phone # to call or to text to.

The staff was very friendly. The cleanliness of the place not so much, and the sheets were awful. I had a hard time sleeping due to how scratchy they were. I also noticed a large American cockroach under one of the kitchen cabinets, with roach dropping in each of the bottom cabinets in the kitchen. They either have an infestation and/or don’t clean as well as they should. I’ve been a professional housecleaner and own a small housecleaning business and I’d either fire or reprimand my employees if they left a room like this. I also noticed several roaches outside, so I’m going to guess that there is an infestation of them at this hotel. Pest control needs to be called and a few minutes needs to be taken to wipe the cabinets out.

Surprised by the amenities in the room. Small kitchen and dishes to use. It made the stay cheaper by not having to eat at restaurants for every meal. Hotel stayed in contact from the moment of booking until I checked out. Definitely will consider for my next visit.

Like that it was so close to beach and pier. Parking was not the best. The parking spaces are hard to get in and out of it there are other vehicles in the parking lot parked in front of you or behind you. Not enough room to maneuver a vehicle. Room smelled a little musky. I think maybe from it having the inside air conditioner. the cleaning clean was great. Overall we had a great stay.
