伊麗莎白別墅飯店(The Elizabeth House Hotel)

Tissue in the toilet when I got there ,staff was very unprofessional during check in asking for late check-in fee even after I explained I called the place and the call went unanswered to tell I would be arriving late.

The room was cold, no heating, and no hairdryer.

The Elizabeth House Hotel in Southampton was fantastic. The staff were so pleasant to deal with and had great senses of humour, a welcome attribute. The property was in great shape, very clean and welcoming. The bar and restaurant onsite was really nice and cozy. We sat out back in the garden a had drinks before dinner and it was just lovely. I can't emphasize enough that the staff were just great, from the front desk to the restaurant all were just fantastic. The room we had was lovely, very comfortable and very clean. We stayed here one night before our cruise and wished we could have stayed longer. We will be back.

Our stay was spot on! My wife needs oxygen therapy, and this means arranging this well in advance. They were as helpful as could be, with nothing too much to ask. The adapted room was fine, and a couple of suggestions that I made were implemented on the same day! The inclusive breakfast had a variety of options,and despite it being busy at times, the hot food was served to your table. No greasy buffet here! I would like to make special mention of and give our thanks to the owner and to one of the staff who remained perpetually cheerful under pressure, and even arranged to get an out of stock item for the next day. Ty for arranging the croissants 🙂 Sorry for forgetting your name. The location is central Southampton, making it easy to access the local area or head along the coast to the New Forest or into Dorset for the beaches.

Absolutely awful room, supposed to be standard double, was tiny, cramped, dated and dark nothing like the description. Bar and restaurant closed no facilities. En suite tiny and very dated black mould stains on the tiles and around the windows. Bed uncomfortable. Messaged the owner, didn’t take onboard the comments, room not as described and very poor overall. Parking terrible as they use the car park for cruise parking and was already fairly full, no parking bays marked just a free for all.

Friendly, comfortable and good all round experience, all the staff very welcoming. Cosy restaurant/bar with nice food and reasonable prices. Great location with free parking, short walk to the common for good walks. A bit of issue with heating in the room being rather random. Good wifi and desk in my room for working. Quiet room at the back and a good night's sleep. Definitely great value!

Assez ordinaire dans l'ensemble, chambre à côté de la réception et au dessus de la cuisine donc bruyant et très chaud. Personnel peu présent et peu acceuillant

Lovely hotel with exceptional staff. Limited parking due to cruise park and stay policy but we did have an option of parking in a property next door. TV remote didn’t work but not a problem for an overnight stay. Limited bar space
