The resort was lovely. The view from our room was amazing. Breakfast was delicious! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My sister and I so enjoyed our stay.

The property was okay however there was a billing problem and the person in charge of the front desk was argumentative and difficult. All other staff were friendly and courteous but the one person tainted the stay and took 5 days to resolve on my own with no assistance from Red Jacket.

Great location. Glad we had indoor pool available since Hurricane Lee didn't allow us to enjoy outdoor pool or beach. Love the area restaurants.

I know they were closing to remodel Sunday but hallways were dirty. We waited until last second for room right at 4 pm Finally it was ready and weirdly no rooms around me were occupied. The shower drain didn’t work. Stayed here numerous times pretty disappointed this time.

Red jacket beach resort was a perfect location for our Cape Cod getaway! Love it’s central location and great amenities. Room was large and comfortable. Loved our deck overlooking the river - perfect for sunsets! A great stay!

I disliked the location of my room. I asked for an upgrade that I would have gladly paid for, but they had nothing available. I'm a 70 year old woman traveling alone and they put me on the first floor, at the parking lot entrance, first room!! Nice view of the parking lot. I made my reservation in February for September and because I made it through *******, I was penalized. Never again thru *******.

I was very disappointed on the condition of the rooms. There was a mildew smell as soon as you entered the hallway. The rooms had the same moldy smell. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. My family and I have stayed at the Red Jacket since my kids were very young. We have always loved it. I think it's time upgrades to the rooms need to happen.
