茶園旅館(Tea Garden Lodge)

Cheap price but you get what you pay for - check in at 4pm. Latest checkin I’ve ever seen. Front desk area wasn’t even open until 4 so not even an option for earlier check in - If you are looking for updated and clean rooms look somewhere else. Shower was pretty dirty, a little scrubbing would help, carpet was worn and nails sticking out where carpet and tile were made to come together. We had to put a towel down to not cut our feet. - Beds were so noisy when you moved even the slightest bit. Very hard mattress as well.

The hotel was not well cleaned. I could tell because there was still dust on counters. Don’t expect house keeping because they don’t worry about that. There is no ace so at nights it would get hot. Their wifi reception is not the best. you get what you pay for, it was an affordable price but next time I would rather stay at a cleaner location.

The room did not have A/c and plus heater was on and no way to adjust it low. When I tried to call front desk no help came plus I called service agent ******* for assistance and she was also not able to reach front desk. I was looking for a good rest and due to heater I was not able to sleep properly. That made my next day exhausting & tired

Very nice and friendly manager, room was great, location amazing to Harvey's concert. Clean, comfy, even let us keep our car there for a few hours after we checked out. Excellent price and would stay again in a heartbeat.

I will not recommend this location it nice to stay because its kinda close to the gondola and the town but i will look for more better and good place to stay i paid $250 plus extra $28 for one night stay plus property fee the owner ask for. But when you need extra towel or sheet you srill need to pay $15 for it. Plus my sheets smells like musky smell and seems like they just don’t wash and dry it really well. If you ask for front desk you have to call them on the phone number they provide but expect that they will call back soon specially after office hours.. the place is so old our bed frame need oil and it grinds so bad each move squicks so bad. I will not go back to this place and im asure it i will not recommend this to anyone else.

We stayed upstairs in Room 217. The shower definitely needs to be changed out over all the room was perfect besides that

Shabby reception. The guy doing the checkin wrote my credit card number in a piece of paper. Small room. Bathroom does not have exhaust. Bed is old and irregular.

Floor was ripped . A/C UNIT GOES OUT THE WINDOW SUPER LOUD! ITS A DUMP AND COST WAY TO MUCH.

We like that it is walkable to the outdoor concerts and shopping. Tucked away for a quiet stay.
