庫伊利姆明信片飯店(The Postcard Cuelim, Goa)

My stay at The Postcard, Cuelim was nothing short of a dream. The property is stunning, the room was equipped with the most wonderful objects, absolutely delicious food, and most of all, the service! The staff was prompt, professional, and went out of their way to make my stay as wonderful as it could possibly be. I would like to give a special mention to Mr. Pandu, who was of the most cheerful disposition and an excellent professional.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in all of my travels! I was visiting India when my friend suggested we stay at this hotel in South Goa. The hotel is an old Portuguese style house renovated with just 6 rooms, and the interiors were absolutely gorgeous. I have never encountered a hotel that messaged me check-in or check-out was any time during the day, as long as they know about it! My stay was in May, so it was one of the hottest times of the year. While the hotel has some air conditioners in some of the common rooms, not every room (like the main hallway, the room with the billiard table, etc) has AC, so I did stay in my guest room the most. My friend had inquired about a second bed (probably through the corporate customer service of Postcard hotels) before our stay, to which the hotel said it would be an extra charge, which we were completely fine with. But upon arriving, the Cuelim branch didn’t know of this (there was probably a little miscommunication), and Ranjan, the resort manager, offered a second bed on the hotel. Right away I felt very grateful to the staff for accommodating us on such short notice. What really blew me away was the care and hospitality from all of the staff though. I actually arrived on my birthday (but it wasn’t like I told the hotel). During check-in, they needed a passport copy. After going out and returning to the hotel later that day, I was blown away when they presented a beautiful birthday cake and a large Happy Birthday sign! I was also a bit sick when I was there, and when the hotel staff noticed, they made me a cup of hot toddy during my stay, which was completely thoughtful and caring. On another day when I was lounging in the pool, one of the staff members thoughtfully offered me a freshly opened coconut for coconut water! And on one of the days after returning from the hotel room, I was given a mini boat in a glass souvenir that says Goa. The meals there (they serve breakfast lunch and dinner all cooked to order) were amazing, and I didn’t feel like I needed to go out of the hotel to have delicious Goan food. All of the hotel staff made me feel so special and welcomed it really was the highlight of my trip to India. Thank you so much to Ranjan and everyone there, and I definitely would love to stay here again when I visit Goa!

Had an amazing time at a beautiful property amongst nature which was like home away from home . Very good service . Best part was anytime breakfast & great options to select from, Wonderful combination of health & taste . All in all a wonderful experience .

Brilliant tranquil stay with great view and absolutely top of the line service. Lovely pristine property with old school charm, large pool for 1-2 families. Highly recommended. Kid friendly as well. Close to airport and has some clean beaches around too

The Postcard Cuelim is that hidden gem, in the South of Goa. It is quite like being in the midst of solitude and feels like a home way from home with the excellent hospitality, spacious rooms and delicious local food. The fact that it is a heritage property is quite the added bonus. As are the anytime check-in, check-out and breakfast. The service is as good as to can get. Attentive without being intrusive with every request being taken care of with a smile. If you are looking for a hotel which is small yet comfortable, without the usual hordes of guests milling around and is also away from the usual crowds that one would see in Goa, but still has the best service that surpasses any 5/7 star hotel, then the Postcard is the place to choose. Our stay has been quite the best we have seen so far, service, food and overall experience wise. So thank you Rajan, Adesh and the rest of the Postcard Cuelim team- you make the Postcard Cuelim a bright shining spot amongst the hordes of hotels that Goa has. A shout out also to the Chefs at the property as well for creating some very lovely local dishes for each meal. Our very first Postcard property experience has been a memorable one. We can't wait to experience the next Postcard property soon!

Fantastic property. Stunning house and lovely area. Couples only staying here. Wouldn’t say it’s so kid friendly. You need to hire a scooter to get about. 5 mins to a deserted beach. The staff could not do more for you. Replenished snacks and water in the room. Excellent breakfast. It’s not cheap and the dinner / drinks prices reflect the sort of hotel it is. We stayed two night which was enough to see the locale.

A beautiful and peaceful boutique hotel (only 6 rooms) close to Goa with spacious rooms/suites perfectly equiped. I loved the private breakfast/dinner served on my terrasse with views on the wonderful garden. Food is delicious, very tasty and freshly prepared with excellent ingredients). Special thanks to the Resort Manager and his team: excellent service full of efficiency, professionnalisme and kindness. Namaste!

Beautiful property.. fantastic, personalised services, amazing food, super clean rooms with all modern amenities. Spent very peaceful time here.
