布裡斯托爾飯店

Hôtel très bien situé à Sorrente. Il suffit de quelques minutes pour se rendre au centre ville ( même pas 10) . Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. L’hôtel il est vrai est de grande taille , classique et parfois peu moderne ( salle de bain grande et propre mais un peu datée) .Nous avions une chambre au dernier étage donnant sur la baie de Naples avec une jolie et grande terrasse équipée d’un jacuzzi. Je dirais que le grand avantage de cette hôtel est cette magnifique vue.

Panorama da sogno. Albergo incantevole! Abbiamo già viaggiato tanto, ma questo albergo come posizione, confort e servizi ha superato tutti Svegliarsi la mattina e guardare la baia di Napoli, con il grande Vesuvio sullo sfondo, ci fa sentire privilegiati. La nostra camera era meravigliosa, con una veranda enorme nell’ ultimo piano e aveva anche una jacuzzi. Il letto era molto ampio e confortevole. La pulizia impecabilidade. La nostra era un vero mini appartamento, che ci faceva sentire in casa. Questa era la camera 914. Per la colazione, hanno cercato di accontentare tutte le mie necessità e devo ringraziare in particolare il metre Luca, che ogni giorno ci ha accolto come dei principi. Il Lunedì abbiamo assistito alla presentazione del pianista molto bravo, che ci ha fatto passare una bella serata Vogliamo anche ringraziare il Direttore , per tutta l’attenzione prestata per una disavventura con un tassista. La nostra esperienza è stata molto piacevole e consiglio a tutti di provala, almeno una volta

Pernottare al Bristol vuol dire immergersi in un’atmosfera di magia. Il personale altamente qualificare ha la capacità di farti sentire a casa. L’arredo è incantevole ed elegante. Le stanze complete di tutto con letti comodissimi. La colazione continentale è realizzata con cibo di prima scelta. Ad accompagnare questa splendida esperienza c’è il suggestivo panorama del Golfo di Napoli, che all’orizzonte infonde un’inedita serenità.

We stayed here ten years ago and loved it, but this stay was even better. The service is second to none. We have holidayed all over the world and never have we had such outstanding service. Particularly from Luca, Gianluca and Giuseppe in the restaurants, as well as Mario and Guiliana. As a vegan I was a bit worried as I’ve stayed in Sorrento many times and vegan food hasn’t ever been a strong suit; however, I was given my own special menu at every meal, with loads of options for each course that were all absolutely stunning. The quality of the food and drink is excellent, in every area of the hotel. The chefs are really wonderful! I had my clothes laundered and pressed; this service was brilliant as well, and very reasonably priced. The staff remember you and your specific likes and dislikes and cater everything to make you feel like the most important person in the world. The concierge couldn’t have been more helpful; as were the staff at the pool. The staff who helped with our luggage were so kind and helpful, and the maintenance and cleaning staff are always staying on top of the upkeep of the hotel. Our room was immaculate every day, as was every area of the hotel. The pool towels are soft and fluffy and the pool area and beds are very well maintained with no need to run and save beds- it is managed very well and there are more than enough beds around the pool. The outdoor terrace area is really lovely as well, during the day or in the evening, as is the bar. The views from the terrace in our room were second to none, and the walk into town was under ten minutes. We absolutely love Sorrento, and I have stayed in a good number of the hotels in the area, but we would never stay anywhere but The Bristol from now on. We’ve already started to plan our return visit. We cannot thank everyone at The Bristol Hotel for the best holiday we’ve had for years. Can’t wait to return!

We booked a four day stay at Hotel Bristol to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel was everything we had hoped and more. Our room was very comfortable with a large balcony boasting stunning views across the bay to Vesuvius and Naples. We ate dinner in the restaurant on several occasions and couldn’t fault the standard of the food. The menu is extensive with so much choice that there is something for everyone. The same goes for the breakfast; there is so much food to choose from it would be a struggle to not find anything that suits. The hotel is well looked after. Everywhere was very clean and tidy even after a huge storm! The jewels in the Bristol crown are, most definitely, the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly especially Luca, Giuseppe and Carmine to mention just a few in the restaurant but the reception staff and the housekeeping staff were equally helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone, for example, we didn’t finish our bottle of wine at dinner one evening and it was saved (without us realising) and brought to our table the next time we ate there. We are already planning our next trip to Sorrento and the Hotel Bristol. Richard and Hayley Hills

We had never been to Sorrento and wanted a decent hotel, look no further than Hotel Bristol. The Hotel has a stunning view across Sorrento and the Bay of Naples. The place itself is what I would call regal chic, from a bygone era, that still works in 2023. The staff can’t do enough for you, they all embarrassingly (for us) speak incredible English. The food is to die for. Breakfast buffet (fill your boots) with cold meats, breads, cakes, fruit , etc etc plus a hot brekkie (more English but not if you get what I mean). Authentic high quality Italian dishes in the evening. You won’t go hungry. The swimming pool, outside bar and lounging areas are on the roof. Unreal views from there.
