Misrepresented big time. Very expensive for what you get. No elevator . Had to carry our luggage 3 sets of stairs (24 stairs). Elevator goes to upper floor, as they apparently don't want to share with expenses. Owner insisted on getting paid at check in (very unusual). Got a room with a window opening to another building's very close wall. Felt claustrophobic.We had to change room the following day with one that has a window on the main street.Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days, or you pay 10 euros if replaced daily. Towels changed every 3 days!! (we complained, and they did not charge us). First day only, they leave 2 small water bottles in the fridge. You get one small water bottle, each, at breakfast ...What a service!!! (but, no water on the other days).The 2 ladies cooking breakfast to order were very nice, but the breakfast space was like sitting in a box. Very busy and noisy street below with hard beat music. A very sweet girl sits at a desk from 2:00pm to 8:00pm, but don't know much.(was expecting info from the front desk !). It is more like an Airbnb, not a hotel (at least to me). We were not happy with our choice.

Everything was great. Felt like home -- even with a shared kitchen. Coffee maker and breakfast croissants (choices vary) a bonus. Cristiana was very communiative and extremely helpful. Best is location. Just a few minutes walk from train, ferry, shopping, restaurants, etc. Tasso Square just down the street.

Excellent location for everything, port, station, bus and shops and eating places. Christiana was very welcoming.

Casa Sorrentina is perfectly located in the heart of Sorrento just steps away from shops, restaurants, and historic sites. A three-minute walk takes you to panoramic views of the water and coastline. We were lovingly cared for by Antonella who prepared delicious breakfasts for us each morning and brightened our days. She is a true gem. Our room was large and comfortable, with a Juliet balcony overlooking the cobblestone street below were pedestrians strolled beneath orange trees enjoying the sites. Although there isn't on-site parking, there are two garages within easy walking distant. We enjoyed four wonderful days here and can highly recommend it.

It’s a guesthouse top of a shop without any amenities and services. Climb 2 floors on dirty stairs as there no elevators. Nothing provided except 1 set of towels. Breakfast only eggs, toast and cereal. Though rooms are clean. If you lock out or forget the room keys no one available at site to speak. ******* must compensate and refund the room fees for incorrectly describing the property as hotel

We love the room and the breakfast! Antonella was really amazing. She took care of every detail for us! The only thing we did not like is that the elevator was not working. We had a lot of luggage and two elderly people in our family and it was really hard to bring them up two set of stairs. Other than that, Casa Sorrentina was perfect for our holiday!!

Our family of 4 stayed three nights here. We had a great time! The room was extremely spacious, very affordable, and the location was right in the heart of Sorrento. Nothing much more you could ask for really. Each morning a lovely woman was in the lobby cooking fresh made-to-order breakfasts that my whole family enjoyed. If we revisit Sorrento we would gladly stay here again

Great location and friendly staff. I'd love to come back some day.

This is a great place, comfy bed, spotless room, great location. It is directly in the center of town. Just be aware that the street noise is loud most of the night.
