Fuyez absolument cet établissement ! Aucun professionnalisme, c'est une arnaque bien rodée. Nous ne sommes pas les seules à qui cela est arrivé à la lecture d'autre avis. La fenêtre de tir pour l'arrivée est réduite de 13h à 14h30, en dehors de cela rien ne sera fait pour vous arranger, aucune solution n'est proposée et impossible de joindre l'hôte et cela malgré nos nombreuses tentatives par tous les moyens. Ce dernier nous a même bloqué ! Nous avons compris pourquoi à nos dépens. Nous avions averti la veille de notre heure d'arrivée, comme demandé, l'hôte ne nous a JAMAIS répondu. Seulement le lendemain, 15 minutes avant les fameux 14h30, pour nous dire que c'était trop tard et qu'il ne serait pas sûr place pour l'heure d'arrivée que nous lui avions indiqué. Il disposait bien de cette information puisque notre message avait été lu. Tout cela a donc été intentionnel dans le but de nous facturer une chambre 275€ ou nous n'avons jamais pu mettre le moindre pied ! sans compter qu'en urgence nous avons dû retrouver un hôtel et financer à nouveau notre nuit. C'est purement de l'arnaque et l'hôte refuse le remboursement. Je vous le déconseille vivement, à part si vous souhaitez perdre votre argent...

Sono stato in questa struttura una settimana. Posizione, fra l'altro a 5 min a piedi dal centro, fantastica. A picco sul mare con davanti il golfo di Napoli...vista impagabile. Parcheggio privato che a Sorrento è tanta roba. Camera pulita e di recente ristrutturazione

Information available online about this property is very misleading. The photos show these fantastic rooms with great views but instead we were in a room not much larger than the bed in the basement with no windows...The signage when you arrive is very quick to tell you that is it NOT a hotel so there is not always staff on site. Our key fob to open the gate malfunctioned during our stay, most of our time in Sorrento was over the weekend so there was no one available to assist us. I reached out to the contact I had and they never responded. I ended up having to hop the fence to let my wife in for the rest of our time here. My wife and I stayed at a number of place across Italy during our 2 week trip and this was the worst room/"hotel" we stayed in during our trip. The most frustrating part being the disappointing reality of the accommodations after what we saw/thought we were booking online, horribly misrepresented. Would not stay here again.

Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The view from the terrace worth twice the price. Near shopping and restaurants. We loved it

Rooms were different than advertised. Very small. While the view was nice the rooms were shabby. Minimal hot water. Marginal cleanliness. Owner indifferent to condition of property. Not worth the price. Don’t stay here.

Room was very spacious, much larger than expected. Continental breakfast was very nice. Would stay again

My 2 daughters and I stayed in the 2 bedroom Il Pino apartment at La Terrazza from 5-12/8/23. It was one of the best holidays we have ever had! The apartment is in a beautiful and very secure building with the best view of the bay of Naples. It sits on the other side of the ravine cliffs, adjacent to the beautiful Grand Excelsior Vittoria hotel. You couldn't ask for a better location. The interior is a shabby chic style and the beds were very conformable. It is not a hotel and so there is no breakfast and no concierge, but you really don't need either in this location which is so close to the heart of Sorrento. La Terazza is a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Piazza Tasso; the many alleyways with shops, restaurants and bars; and the cliff steps/ lift down to Leonelli beach (where we spent several days). The apartment was cleaned to a high standard every day. The pool on the terrace is shared by occupants of the other apartments, but we basically had it to ourselves. There is also parking if you need it. Cara Cipriano was very quick to respond when we needed transfers arranged; and Sam was always on hand when we needed an extra towel or advice on how to operate the air con. If you are looking for a holiday apartment in Sorrento with great views from the terrace and lots of privacy and security, La Terrazza is ideal. We will definitely stay there again. Simply misleading and disproportionate. The add did not accurately depict the truthful accommodation. The main terrace in images is not apart of this accommodation and was not accessible. The accommodation was simply student accommodation at the same price vastly better hotels were. No outlook from windows, basic furniture and overall a rip off. Severely disappointed and do not recommend. No reception, or formal arrival. Breakfast was stale croissants and soft fruit. Worst accommodation I have stayed especially for what I paid more than $500 aud a night. Absolute joke
