「酒店服務很好，當我們從船上坐巴士到達酒店時，才是早上7點多，酒店已即時安排房間給我們入住，讓我們可以好好休息。 房間很大，足夠打開4個行李箱，而且有沙發，工作枱等，設施充足。 酒店地下是餐廳，可以食晚餐，唯一美中不足是沒有提供午餐，KirKenes附近沒有多少店舖開門，不提供午餐的話，較難找到午飯。 酒店的早餐不錯，選擇很多。 酒店門口有免費咖啡，而且冷熱水均能自己到餐廳取用，很方便。」

「Check-in process is quick. The room space is good for 3 of us as one family. The view is snow mountain view which my wife love it. The bathroom come with bathtub is a favourite of my kid, he was enjoying his shower every time. A joker mart is just opposite of the hotel which make traveller very convenience.」

「Very good service, everyone we spoke to there was lovely and very helpful! Just to note that the cabins are a slight walk away so those with limited mobility may find it more difficult. Parking was provided but also even further to the cabins. But otherwise, the beds were very comfortable, good A/C, lovely toilet and shower with great water pressure. Restaurant food was good too and the view was beautiful!」
