Made a reservation, through Hotel.com, at the last minute. Made a mistake in the date of arrival. Called the hotel, to arrange a correction. The front desk was surly, and passed me off to the manager. The manager was rude and hateful. She offered no customer service whatsoever. They said to contact **********. I did this, and their response was to contact the hotel. The hotel refused to provide any mitigation. If I ever travel to Sopot again, this hotel will receive a wide berth.
