天普青年旅舍(Thien Phu Hostel)

Hotel très bien placé et pratiques pour les backapakers. Les matelas font énormément de bruits lorsqu'on bouge, c'était très dérangeant. De plus, les voyageurs qui arrivent à 2h du matin dans une cambre de 6, c'est pas possible, ça perturbz le sommeil de tout le monde. Mais bon, c'est juste du business ! Personnel assez agréable. La salle de bain étant dans la chambre et pas du tout ventilée, le taux d'humidité dans la chambre était vraiment horrible.

Ignored me when I came to the desk and asked questions about me checking in for my bus. Told me to just wait for my bus and I did for 1 hour until the bus came and they realized I had a ticket but my name wasn’t actually on their sheet. Got very verbally mad at me even though I had a physical ticket. They sat in the back room while we waited for the bus and did not acknowledge us at all.

This hostel is average at best. If you like loud blaring music all night then choose this place. The only nightclub in town is directly opposite. Wouldn’t be so bad but the club is dire as well.

Booked 1 tour & 1 night bus with this company & both were a great experience! The kayaking through the cave/then hiking for 8k was hard work, but really enjoyable! The night bus we were worried we wouldn’t be able to get seats together but Linh was amazing, booked seats together & went onto the bus & spoke to the driver who asked people to move so we didn’t have the hassle or stress! If you’re looking for any tour or especially any transfer out of Phong Nha look no further, as this company & especially Linh are both great!
