We had a wonderful family stay here. The nice staff, good food, lovely pool, convenient location, and ample parking made it a great experience. Our requests were resolved quickly, and the quality of service exceeded the price we paid. I highly recommend this hotel in Buriram!

The car parking is good, the friendly reception was very easy to talk to and quick with check in and check out. The rooms are big very clean and the cleaning staff very obliging. Would recommend to others to stay.

จองห้องเป็นเตียงคู่ (2 เตียง) โรงแรมจัดห้องให้เป็นเตียงเดี๋ยว และไม่มีการช่วยยกกระเป๋า หรือดูแลต้อนรับตามสมควรของเจ้าหน้าที่ Front (แต่พนักงงานดุแลความปลอดภัยให้การอำนวยความสะดวกดี) ควรพัฒนาให้ดีกว่านี้ครับ

The hotel was good location near the city center , near hotel you can food at the restaurant so delicious room was cleanliness and hygiene staff is hopefully the hotel have swimming pool but don't have fitness Center

En route I was politely and efficiently called and informed that the hotel had a transformer blow up and *********** would transfer me to to a BURITEL which was not acceptable to me. The Royal booked me eventually at the CROSS VIBE hotel - bit isolated but of very good standards, friendly staff and THE best Breakfast Buffet encountered during my 10 days trip thru Isan.
