Etéreo es una experiencia que no te dejará indiferente. Es un hotel hermoso enclavado en medio del manglar, habitaciones inmaculadas, servicio personalizado, alimentos deliciosos; pero lo que más nos encantó fueron los colaboradores del hotel, quienes sin duda hacen la diferencia Prueben la cena de la abuela en Itzam, es una delicia! Las diferentes propuestas de actividades que tiene Etéreo son únicas y todas las que hicimos fueron maravillosas. El servicio de playa y alberca es espectacular, atento, puntual. Los chicos hacen un trabajo maravilloso. Tienen que probar el SPA de Etéreo, se llama SANA y es un lugar holistico, lleno de relajación. Salimos renovados!!! Para finalizar y no menos importante, agradecer a todos y todas las personas que conformar el personal de Etéreo y en especial a Óscar, Iván, al chef Carlos, a Charly y Daniel de albercas, a Indira de SPA y a nuestra concierge Itzel quien se encargo de todos los pormenores de nuestra estancia de una forma profesional y a un nivel muy alto de calidad Seguro regresaremos!!!

The experience from start to finish was excellent. Welcome greeting was very nice. The short cleansing ritual to the refreshing beverage when we arrived was unique. The room was exquisite. The views were beautiful. The staff were so friendly. Many options for activities or just relax by the pool.

We had such a great time. The entire hotel is gorgeous, very clean, modern and relaxing. The rooms were beautifully designed all facing the incredible view of the ocean. Stand alone modern tub, comfy bed and fully stocked fridge. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Private amazing white sand beach combed and groomed. Everything was perfect down to the last detail

Everything was incredible! The initial greeting in the courtyard is so special, the spa and all it's amenities (make sure you get there 1 hour early to enjoy them!), the service is top notch, food is amazing, rooms and the beds - WOW - so perfect and the staff is very attentive and make your stay even more enjoyable. thank you for a great trip!

Etéreo hotel is an exquisite hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations! The design of the whole hotel, the rooms, the restaurants, the 'cuisine'... every corner has a detail, all has been finely conceived for beauty and comfort. i would say that the place is a piece of HEAVEN! Congratulations!

We just needed a few days to get away and this was the perfect prescription. Beautiful and grounds, very well kept facilities and rooms were well appointed. In fact, we never wanted to leave our room! Honestly, we didn’t do much, but sit by the pool and relax. The service at the pool, and elsewhere at the resort was very attentive at all times. Everyone acknowledged us and made us feel special. Also, I can’t finish this short review without acknowledging our Guia, Jerry. He provided impeccable service throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back.
