Muy bien en general 👌 tienen personal muy amable y atento, las habitaciones genial dormimos delicioso, la comida muy buena en los buffet mi favorito el tepanyaki y el bahía brassa deliciosa comida, la playa hermosa, piscinas variedad, resaltó la atención de Álvaro jefe de operaciones increíble su atención, Eliecer del lobby muy atento y amable hasta el último momento, Daniela en el recibimiento y entrega de habitación excelente en general todo el personal muy atento, lo único fue en el lo del kayak un señor ya mayor, poco atento y su actitud no fue buena ya después llegó otro sonriendo y muy amable la comida del restaurante de la playa muy muy regular de resto todos los restaurantes super las instalaciones del hotel muy lindas mucha naturaleza espero volver pronto.

Hotel novo é muito confortável. Estrutura de lazer, praia e restaurantes maravilhosa. Funcionários prestativos e educados.

The family selection of this resort is great. They have some very nice upgrades and the staff is wonderful. We had a swim up room which was great - the butler was a plus as well. Once you go outside the family selection things deteriorate: it’s very crowded and not as clean. The bathrooms smelled horrible and we could not use the main pool (over crowded and dirty with no services). The family selection has two restaurants as of now: this is not enough. We need a buffet option frequently as our children are very particular. There’s not buffet for lunch or dinner at this time so we had to use the resorts other options. They were not good; long wait times for tables and the food was average at best. The reservation dining was a little better. If you’re looking for a beach to swim this is it (at least during the time we went mid February). The water was very rough. The beach is relatively small too. Overall the family selection was nice but they need more beach space and more restaurants.

It was a beautiful room, and nice to have a pool just for family selection /vip. Kids club was awfulllll but family selection pool had activities my kids loved to do. Shows weren’t good. Buffets generally weren’t great but not terrible. The food was disappointing - really not great. Worst restaurant was surprisingly adelita, the Mexican one. We didn’t like the Brasilian one either. Best ones were portofino, paisana and the one by the beach, Poseidon I think.

What could ask no more of any facility or hotel. This was the perfect stay and service that leaves no wishes open. Thank you!

Overall Family selection is nice hotel. The territory is huge and green, we always walked in the shadow. Rooms are nice, cleaning was twice a day with small gifts. When we arrived our kids got some presents like caps, water battles, beach UV clothes, backpacks. Our battler helped us with everything we need( some stuff, reservations). The food is pretty good. During the day it was an option for a-la cart restaurants. Every breakfast they have musician in Nest restaurant and also there is a kids area which is very convenient for people with small kids. Beach . I didn’t like it at all, rocky(( We were surprised to see kids sand toys and balles, kids surfboards and sunscreen creams and spray.

We had an excellent stay at family selection. The property is brand new and has everything you need for a family getaway. The new family selection area is very much worth it; you have your own pool area and beach area. If you are looking for the typical caribbean beach this is the place we have 3 excellent beach days. The food was good, and the service was excellent. In particular, we want to appreciate the service from Lupita, our server at the beach at the family selection, and Rosalia and Lizbeth at the pool. We will definitely come again.

The beach is very good. Not perfect but in pretty good condition lots of available beach chairs. Convenient also at the beach for food, snacks bars, and restrooms. The food is slightly above average.. The staff works very hard is very polite and overall does a good job. The common areas and walk paths to our accommodations were always clean and the landscaping impeccable.. we were there from Chris**as until January 2 and we have already booked a return visit next year at the same time. Overall, we were very pleased. Our room was very clean, modern..
