Συμπαθητικό ξενοδοχείο. Η θέα στην πλατεία από το δωμάτιο μας είναι όμορφη. Το κρεβάτι είναι ανετο. Το πρωινό είναι.... κυρίως αυγά ...σε διάφορες μορφές. Δίπλα σε μετρό, σουπερμάρκετ και ανταλλακτηριο. Σε κοντινή απόσταση πάρκινγκ με φυλαξη και πληρωμή .

酒店位置不錯，距離獅子橋500m，房間裝修比較老。 餐廳和服務還行。

Room is a bit old style. TV is small. Shuttle to airport not on time for my reserved time (Waited 30+ min), but not sure if this is common. Breakfast is great (considering the grade of the hotel - a variety of hot options). Great view of city and parking lot in room. Friendly staff.

I missed my flight at sofia airport so had to book a hotel for one night. So I went for a mid range hotel. It was better than mid range. Lovely helpful staff on reception, an aceptable price with thier discount....paid 68 euros for a large kingsize bed with onsuite bathroom. Comfortable bed, fresh pillows (very snazzy cushions too) and a nice relaxing corner sofa, reasonable TV and every thing was realyl clean. Complimentary coffee and tea, which is not the norm in Bulgaria, nice and quiet, was lovely and warm. Actualyl a bit too warm and I couldnt turn the heating down so I had to sleep wit hte fridge open to cool off as aircon didnt work. THis was the only negative for me. They did an airport pickup, but not a drop off and this nearly stopped me booking, as they should have told me this at the begining, however they were saved by the fact the metro was 4 stops to the airport and cost me 1.60 leva, so about 70p. I picked up food from the little shops in the metro, as I hit a holiday so the restaurants close by were closed. A very lovely stay and Id go there again. AND they had these lovely drop lights near the bed as side lights, some veyr nice touches, clean crisp sheets, soft towels and nice soaps etc and they dont ask you to leave till 12 lunch time. We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Best Western Terminus Hotel in Sofia. What an amazing hotel this is, on the doorstep of a fantastic public transport system. The hotel is around 1 mile away from the downtown area. Don't let that put you off, the tram stop is directly outside the entrance. The room was spacious and had all of the necessities to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. The fridge was a really useful addition. The bed was huge in the king room!! The housekeeping staff were great and serviced our room daily. The breakfast was a continental buffet style. Again, this was a great start to the day and was included in our room price. A good selection of hot and cold options. There is no bar area in the hotel however there is a fridge in the reception area where you can purchase alcohol and non alcoholic drinks to take away to consume in your room. All of the staff members that we met were professional in their conduct and were polite, friendly and helpful. We loved the luggage room availability - as we had a late flight, the staff agreed to look after our luggage so that we could enjoy our final day in this beautiful city. The hotel price was an absolute bargain. This alongside the quality accommodation and friendly/helpful staff makes this a great choice of hotel. I would highly recommend and will return here in the future. Don't be put off by previous comments about the area around the hotel. As in any city in the world, you need to be vigilant. We had no issues at all. We found the Bulgarians to be extremely polite and welcoming.

環境還不錯的，房間還算整潔乾淨，免費停車位有限，衹能在路邊停，到早上八點半以後需要停車付費，有簡單的早餐，衹是前台服務人員態度比較冷漠了。

我有過有史以來最好的體驗之一!我強烈推薦保加利亞索非亞的歐洲酒店!如果你想有一個偉大的景色,如果你想在一個偉大的位置,那就是你的地方。更重要的是,工作人員非常有禮貌。我和家人一起去那裏度假,不會是我最後一次。
