論壇飯店(Hotel Forum - Free Parking)

La struttura è comoda da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici, di fianco ha un grande supermarcato. La stanza non era come ce l’aspettavamo rispetto alle foto ciste durante la prenotazione, avevamo prenotato una stanza con letto matrimoniale ma c’è n’è stata fornita una con letti singoli attaccati e molto piccoli, il bagno piccolo. Le camere un’pò rumorose poichè si sentivano i vicini.

Do not recommend at all... location is no good, staff has an attitude, the beds are the worst. Very old hotel, they need to renovate

The rooms were...okay. Breakfast was nice. The wifi was weak in my room. The problem was the noise. Some construction workers were being extremely loud since 8 in the morning, making it impossible to remain in the room during the day. They refused to give me a new room. Would never go back there again.

Liked: Big, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. Park is big but sometimes guests put cars in a way that in peak hours are missing some places. they should put some signs or lines on the ground. Disliked: Not easy to find electric sockets in the rooms, specially close to the beds. - Ladies should be more careful when cleaning in the corridor, on every floor. situation is like a mess (check my photos). - bread on breakfast, was not a fresh one, just a toast bread from super market

With a group of 10 students and 4 professors we have spent a nite at a Forum Hotel. Although we arrived late receptionist was very kind and welcomed us with ease. Rooms were clean just enough to get a positive review, but breakfast was rich and so fast we were on the road again.

Staff were rude and weren’t helpful at all. The room had a bad smell, the sheets were dirty and stained. Terriblle. The card for electricity was broken and no lights, until a lot of explanation makes the receptionist to came and check.

El hotel está a casi 3km del centro de Sofia en un barrio con poquísima iluminación y el transporte no ayuda. Luego vienen las habitaciones. La habitación muy pequeña y el baño también. Huele fatal en las dos estancias, sobre todo en el baño. Tiene un solo enchufe para todas las estancias, es decir un enchufe para baño y habitación. Los colchones se hunden cuando te tumbas y mira que peso poquito (47kg). El personal del hotel correcto y lo único positivo es que tiene un supermercado al lado.
